Pros:
-fits waists 29”-46”. I’m on the larger size (size 12 pants) and I’ve had trouble finding support binders in my size
-good sturdy material. The stitching is very consistent and durable.
-multiple bands help tighten or loosen where needed
-brand I trust. With both pregnancies I have used plenty of Frida brand products and have found all their products useful and trustworthy
-can be hand washed. I’ve had other binders I didn’t trust to wash or they’d fall apart
Cons:
-this goes for all binders to be honest, but I personally have a hard time sitting or getting comfortable with these on. I only use them while I’ll be on my feet (doing chores or running errands(
Overall, I’d recommend this product to any mom immediately postpartum. Frida is a good brand!</span>

However from day one, I was already disappointed.
I’m usually a 36-28-42, possibly more now that I’ve given birth(I’ve stopped measuring once I got pregnant). The binder keeps riding up and folds and I kept trying for 3 days now, and I ended up hating the binder.
And also, it either covers your c-sect for protection and have your tummy spill over or keep the tummy in and not protect the c-sect.</span>

I prefer the binder over just the regular bills because of the tightness that can be achieved. It feels as though it's just holding everything in place like it's supposed to after a c-section. It also helps tremendously to wear it while sleeping, makes getting up the next morning so much easier</span>
