It's a super gentle exfoliating brush that lets you really work up a lather. Cradle cap is almost completely gone in a few washes. My only complaint is that my LO was born with a full head of hair and she didnt lose it like some babies do. But immediately after using this brush I noticed it was thinning out her hair. An unfortunate side effect I see other reviewers complaining about, but you are trying to remove thick scales from the scalp under the hair so I guess it's not that surprising. I tried shampooing her hair everyday and lightly rubbing her head with my nails. I even tried using a comb and doing the same. Nothing really worked, and it seemed to get worse. I came across the DermaFrida thinking it was gonna be my last option. Im so glad I found this product! It's been about a week since I've been using the DermaFrida and now my baby's cradle cap is basically gone! She just has a tiny patch of dandruff on the back of her head, but it gets smaller everytime.
