<span itemprop="description">I’m writing a review on the seat we purchased and the customer service we received. The seat is incredible, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this baby seat. Easy installation, my baby absolutely loves this seat, it’s durable, spacious, and safe. Car rides have been far better, and getting my child in and out of the seat has been very easy. We compared this chair to a dozen others and this is by far the superior seat.
Now, this is very important for customer. I purchased this chair at full price December 28, and on February 1 it was 100 dollars off. I contacted customer service for the price exchange multiple times with no answer and finally went on chat to which they did made the decision to respect the policy. Fair. I understand that it is a few days off of 30 days but what’s so discouraging about the entire situation is 100 dollars reimbursement for a first time mom is 2 weeks of formula for my baby. 100 dollars to a huge corporation that does 11B in sales every year is nothing to you. What is especially saddening about the whole situation is my friends who purchased the same product on the same day thru Amazon received the price correction. Amazon is far superior in customer service. It costed me 100 dollars to know I’ll simply choose to use Amazon to purchase baby gear, clothes and toys for the next 10 years of my life.</span>

Thanks for reaching out with this great question! The 4Ever car seat is designed to be installed in the vehicle and left there. It does not detach from the base like an infant carrier. We hope this helps!
