<span itemprop="description">My 2 year old is rear facing in this seat and I have to use the insert because Graco makes their seat pans so long the inner most slot for the crotch buckle leaves a gap on my 2 YEAR OLD and it allows him to lean to one side which doesn't feel like a secure fit to me. Since I've gotten this seat I've noticed he's getting bruises on the bottom part of his spine, I've checked several times that I'm not overtightening while he's still secure. We don't go anywhere for a few days, he gets back in it and has bruises again.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought this for my 10 month old. We love it! It’s nice and padded and has cup holders. It’s not too big that it takes up a lot of space in my car but it feels secure. The quality is great overall and it was easy to install. The only thing I dislike which is what made me give it a 4 star rating is that even on the lowest setting in rear facing my sons head still slumps forward when he falls asleep. I’ve tried fixing it but the seat is where it’s supposed to be in the blue bubble indicator and on the right level. I even took the head rest part out to see if that would help but he still does it. I’ve come to the conclusion there’s nothing I can really do to fix it and it’s not really that big of a deal because he’s old enough that I don’t worry about suffocation or anything, but for smaller babies this could pose a risk. Other than that I love the seat and will purchase another in the future for my husbands truck!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this seat in July 2020, Started using it for my daughter around March 2021. They had to send me new chest clips in September 2021 because they kept failing and bending. I have replaced them twice now and the same thing keeps happening. Having to bend them back and then its difficult to unclip the chest clip.. I have no replaces 3 sets of chest clips. I didn't have this problem with her Graco infant car seat. Only this one!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I only used this car seat about 3 times before I knew I needed to get a different one. The headrest insert needed to come out for my 8 month old daughter but without it she just had way too much room and her head couldn’t reach the headrest. while she was asleep, her head was always slumped to her chest. A slump is ok at this age but the headrest should’ve given her at least a little help and it didn’t. The lower back padding constantly slipped down while my daughter was in the seat which caused her to slip down. Also, I don’t know if it was because of my vehicle seats or what but my baby was constantly sliding to the right side of the vehicle. It’s as if the car seat was constantly tilted and no matter what I did, it didn’t fix the issue and she was never in the car seat directly in the middle. The lower harness part did not fit where it should on her lap/stomach area and again no matter what I did, it wouldn’t fit right. The only thing I liked about this carseat was the area to put the straps while you’re putting baby in the seat so they’re not sitting on them.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This car seat feels sturdy, is a nice roomy size, has great safety features, and was easy to install. However, my son has gone from loving being in a car seat to hating it since we switched him to the DLX.
His head is in an unnaturally forward position no matter which recline it is positioned at. He is 18 pounds. I have tried with and without the infant inserts and still nothing makes him comfortable. When he falls asleep, his head tilts forward and down which is not safe for him or comfortable. This chair forces his body to slump, his body is curved into an unnatural “C” shape in this seat. I have tried adjusting everything. I don’t know what to do. I’ve wasted my money and can’t continue using this product for my son unfortunately. I haven’t even finished paying off this purchase yet. So frustrating.
OH it also rattles, I think from the headrest? Extremely annoying.
The Graco Snugride 35 was wonderful for my son, so we are very disappointed that we switched.</span>

I'm now without a safe car seat for my child. I would not recommend spending the money for this seat when it doesn't even last close to the 10 years. The whole reason we bought this is so we wouldn't have to worry about buying another car swat.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this car seat a few months ago and we literally only got to use it (1) one time! the chest clip is poorly thought out. Going down the road my daughter can snap it open and squeeze out. I had to swap her back to and evenflo that have a harder chest clip
To open. The chest clips are not hard for a baby to figure out at all! So beware when buying a graco car seat.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So far we have only used the rear facing seat, but the harness is nice and it is easy to strap the baby in. Roomier than the infant seat we had previously so more comfortable for my stocky baby.</span>
