I ordered a new cord for it, put batteries in it and the only thing that works is the vibration function. This has made working from home so much harder without the swinging function.</span>

After assembling the product it just worked for 11 days, afterwards it does not swings anything no more. I have tried to get another one but the website requires photos to upload, which i have not had a chance to decreast the size of the photos to be able to upload them
I do not recommended if the product will stop working after 11 days of use.</span>

The vibration runs through batteries within a day or 2, and that motor is starting to go out, as the swing needs to be in a specific purer it to actually vibrate. And the motor for the swing is super loud and has now began to get “stuck” and makes the swing “shake” and not actually swing, which wakes my son up. Very disappointed.</span>

Thanks for your interest in our DuoGlider Gliding Swing! This model should be discontinued once the child is too active/ tries to climb out or they reach 13.6 kg (30 lbs), which ever comes first. Hopefully this helps! - The Graco Team

Thank you for your interest in the DuoGlider Gliding Swing. This swing does not have a max age limit. This swing is safe for use until 30 pounds or becomes too active for use. More information can be found in the user's manual. I hope this helps!
