The front tire does NOT work, it&rsquo;s extremely hard to turn because the front tire is either crooked or locks on it&rsquo;s own. Don&rsquo;t bother taking it in stores or the mall because it won&rsquo;t be fun- that front tire will have you running over clothing racks and running into people&hellip;take it from someone who has experience sadly with this from this stroller. The weight of the stroller is also very heavy. The cup holders are smaller and won&rsquo;t hold larger cups. Graco's customer service is less than helpful. It took over a week to receive a replacement part. The part was incorrect and also light grey, my system is black, so even if it worked I would have paid $700 for a mismatched system. In order to move forward, I have to submit video that the stroller does not work and then wait for a reply (72 hrs) to tell me if the stroller needs to be replaced. If they decide it should be replaced I will then need to wait for the label to be sent to me so I can send this stroller back and then wait for my replacement. 2 + weeks.
