The first time the stroller was used, it seemed to be okay. However, as we have used the stroller more, we seem to have issues with steering. The front wheel turns sideways and stays that way so that you can't steer or have to tilt the stroller onto it's back wheels to maneuver. It's very frustrating. I'd like to say it works better on the rougher pavement vs smooth store and track floors, but it does not. If you follow the instructions it is super easy to assemble, I did it myself at 8 months pregnant. Easy to run/jog with and makes walking in the park a real treat. I love taking it to the store, never have to carry groceries again! The frame folds down nicely for when not in use too. If you were to actually jog with this, it would jam and could cause injury. For the price you pay for this system, it is not worth it and I really hope Graco is going to rectify this! 800+ should easily mean a working and functional stroller. I was hoping to use this stroller on trails and for running but I&rsquo;m nervous to, and I had to go out and purchase another stroller. Now I have two strollers? I really enjoy my stroller, it is good on pretty much all terrains. You do have to periodically pump up the wheels as they are more like bike wheels (which is why they are good on all different terrains vs the smaller wheels that other strollers have). I was worried about all the reviews but when I spoke to someone working at babies r us he went through all the complaints with me and here are the fixes: the front wheel will &ldquo;lock&rdquo; sometimes - make sure that the wheel is out of the lock position and also when you first get the stroller take the front wheel OFF and you will see there is a little plastic thing on the inside that you absolutely need to take off or the wheel won&rsquo;t work properly. Another helpful tip I received is when you take the front wheel off the stroller, get a little grease (bicycle grease from the chains) and rub it on the metal part that attaches the wheel to the stroller. After doing these things and making sure the wheels are always pumped, it works perfectly for me and I love it. It is quite big though, so it can be heavy to lift and also i had to put down some of the back seat to fit it in the trunk (I have a small car though). Great that it can convert in so many ways and it is easy to collapse and open. I was thrilled because I'd wanted this style of stroller. Car seat and base are alright but the stroller is HUGE. I drive a 2019 GMC terrain and it takes up the whole back cargo space, nothing else fits. Now that we're trying to use the bigger stroller seat (instead of keeping him in the car seat all the time) I literally have to fold AND disassemble parts of the stroller to make it fit in my car. The storage basket on the stroller is hard to access, and the seat doesn't sit all the way up. Sometimes when I am pushing it down our paved road, it gets into a speed wobble and I have to lift weight off the back tires to make it stop.
