The description of this stroller advertised how light it is and easy to manage. However, that was not our experience. Pros: The peak-a-boo flap was nice to be able to peak in on the little one. The sun shade covers the baby well. The toddler snack tray comes all the way off so we can wash it. It is extremely light and surprisingly durable for how light it was. The seat has the strap on the back to recline it or sit up worked really well. Cons: The biggest con is the ride quality. The stroller wheel would shake rapidly causing the ride to be very rough for the little one. The parent tray is way too shallow. My drink fell out numerous times. The seat doesn't recline enough that the baby can sleep soundly. The stroller doesn't fold up very small, so it still takes a lot of room. The bottom storage is small and shallow and not useful for much. Overall, the stroller is ok. But, with a few tweaks it could be great.
Date published: 2020-02-14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jackie S from My babysitter LOVES this stroller! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the NimbleLite Stroller through the Stellar Product Testing Panel about a week and a half ago. Unfortunately, the weather here in Western NY hasn’t allowed me to use this outside yet, but, we have been able to use it on a weekend trip to the mall and my babysitter has also used it with my 1.5 year old while dropping my older son off at preschool. I asked my baby sitter her thoughts on this since she has used it a few more times than I have and she said “I LOVEEEE this stroller! It is so light weight and can be pushed and steered with one hand. It is so small and compact, but has plenty of room for Eli. He was actually mad when I took him out of the stroller today. I’m pretty tall, so strollers that have handles are not high enough bother my back, but this one is perfect. Hands down my favorite stroller I have EVER used, I would recommend it to everyone!” So far, we are really enjoying this. The one thing that I am not a fan of, is that it doesn’t stand when it is folded up, so its not as easy to store in the garage, but, since we keep it in the trunk of the car most of the time it’s not a problem.
Date published: 2020-02-13

Rated 5 out of 5 by Monique K from The lightest single stroller I've used! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE how compact, foldable and light this stroller is without missing any main features. It's very easy to maneuver with just one hand once you get it going. The black color is nice and neutral too which I appreciate. The one thing I don't like is that you definitely need 2 hands to fold it up. I guess that is a trade off for how light it is. But once it's folded, it takes up so little space which is great for a small apartment like mine. It also can accomodate a baby car seat! This is a must have for a parent of only one stroller-using baby. I’m a mother to two girls, ages 1 & 3, and am always on the lookout for a good quality stroller to quickly usher us into stores or to take on walks on our neighborhood walkways. Assembling this stroller was quite simple! The directions were easy to follow and included good diagrams. My only trouble with assembling was misplacing the straight pins that go in the wheels. They’re in the plastic bag with the wheels and in a bright red section of it, but I assumed it was tape & tossed it aside. I’m not sure how it could be more visible for the assembling person, but if there was a way to change that, it’d be perfect. My favorite parts of the stroller were that it’s SO light & easy to push, that it’s a very modern gender-neutral design, that it can be used as a travel system with my Graco car seat, and that the canopy is so large and encompasses almost the entire infant car seat. It offers so much more shade and protection than most other strollers which is extremely important since we live in Michigan with our bitterly cold winters. The peekaboo section of the canopy was very convenient, and the cup holders were a good size on the parent tray. I wish the other tray area was a little larger though. It’d be nice to have somewhere to securely place my cell phone while strolling about, and the flat section is a bit too small for my phone to rest safely on it. I have two complaints about the stroller itself: the itty bitty storage underneath, and the smell. This stroller had an extremely strong plastic smell. After it was assembled, I set it outside for a day to air out because I didn’t want my kids to breathe it in. Once it aired out it was fine, still a faint smell but not overwhelming, and was good to go. And the storage space underneath isn’t big enough to hold my diaper bag. I have two children in diapers, and all mamas know that you have to pack the entire house up to go anywhere. I wasn’t able to wedge my backpack style diaper bag under it at all. In my other three strollers, I can smush it down and it will fit, but I’d have to empty it mostly out in order to store it in the basket. But it would be perfect for a purse and a small blanket. With this NimbleLite stroller, you’re getting the appearance of the other fancy strollers, but for a third of the price! It’s simple to fold up by pressing the buttons on the side, and convenient to open up with the small clasp on the one side. The front bar that goes in front of the child's seat doubles as a handle when the stroller is folded, making it so convenient to get and out of the car with one hand- which is easily done, given that it really is SO lightweight! My first concerns with a stroller that’s advertised as lightweight are that it may feel flimsy or fall over easily, but these aren’t the case with the NimbleLite. My one-year-old climbed all over it after we unboxed it and set it up (easily!) in the living room, and I was impressed with how safe she was- this stroller didn’t tip over. I love the classy black color and the little bit of stretch that the bottom basket edge has, making it easier to tuck bulky things like bags or jackets below. The cup holders are roomy enough for a travel mug, and I was actually able to tuck my bulky phone in one as well. I also like the option to adjust the seatback so that my baby is reclined when she’s tired and more upright when she wants to look around. This stroller drives (strolls?) smooth- even when loaded up with stuff and my chunky baby, it was a breeze to push, and even did just fine on the grass! Overall, this is a really great stroller without complicating bells and whistles, which is thoughtfully designed for the parent who wants to grab what they need and get outside with their little one. I thought the pins would be in a clear plastic bag with the rest of the wheels but no. They were wrapped in red plastic inside of another item. Just be aware of this. The handle bar height doesn't adjust. I'm only 5'2" and I'm comfortable with the handle bar. This might not be the case for a taller user. It comes with a parent tray which is great. The stroller is easy to maneuver. My son instantly loved it and refused to let his sister sit on it. I live in a suburban area in NYC and I did not have a hard time maneuvering the stroller on the side walk. It can handle small cracks and bumps along the way. It is lightweight which is nice. I did not have trouble bringing it up and down my 2nd floor apartment with about 15 steps. Super easy to put it in and out of the back of the car. The stroller has a nice sized canopy and a window you can check your baby. The window doesn't use velcro to keep it closed so you don't have to worry about waking up your baby. The stroller reclines which is great when my son falls asleep. The seat is not the best. Not a lot of cushion but it doesn't seem to bother my son. The seat has a 5 point harness. The storage basket is on the small size. It can handle a small purse and some items. Not the best when you have coats, hoodies or other bulky winter stuff you want to store. It has a handle bar for the child with a cup holder. My son loves putting his toys and snacks in the cup instead of his actual drink. I don't like the fact that I have to take the handle bar out so that I can get my son in and out of the seat. But at least I don't have to pay for the parent console and handle bar! It has a foot break but you have to push on both sides for the breaks to work. I also tried to use the stroller with my older daughter. With her being 45 lbs, it was a little bit harder to maneuver the stroller because i feel that it was going to tip over when I turn corners. It is easy to open and close the stroller. It has a clip on the side to keep the stroller closed. Unfortunately, the stroller doesn't stand on it's own when folded. So far, I like the stroller. Like everything, it has advantages and disadvantages. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of an expensive stroller but the way I look at it, it was made that way to keep it light and simple to use which is a nice thing and keep it affordable. To summarize: PROS: - easy to assemble - lightweight - simple to use - good size sun shade - comes with parent console and cup holder - reclines CONS: - can't adjust the handle bar - need to lock/unlock the breaks separately - need to remove the child handle bar to get the child in and out - not much seat cushion - small storage compartment - doesn't stand when folded I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. So many things I love about this stroller. What I love most about this stroller is that is lightweight and portable, but sturdy, much like a jogging stroller. The handles are higher than other compact strollers I’ve tried, which makes it more comfortable for me so I don’t have to bend over to push (and I am not tall). I also love the big canopy that keeps the sun out compared to other compact strollers that don’t cover much. The convertibility is also nice, being about to go from newborn to little kid stroller. You can keep the safety bar on front so I have the option of not strapping my child in, but him not falling out if he leans forward. The design of the stroller is also really nice and easy to fold. The wheels are sturdy plastic and don’t need to be aired which is nice, and it pushes great on concrete, however, I’m not sure how well it will do on a bit of dirt or rough terrain. Storage and cupholders are also a nice perk and save me from hanging stuff over the back like other strollers I’ve had. Hands down. Well worth it.
Date published: 2020-02-12

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mama Jean from It's love [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this beautiful stroller. In my opinion, the NimbleLite is the perfect mix between my jogging stroller and my small umbrella stroller, and I am so glad to have been given the opportunity by Stellar Review Panel to try this product!! The stroller was very easy to put together and took my mom and I about 5 minutes, the directions were very straightforward. The NimbleLite is super lightweight, which is great for me because I am quite petite (almost 5 feet). I was able to carry the stroller and my toddler up and down a flight of stairs from our condo to go on a walk. When we got outside I was a little nervous about opening the stroller while holding my son, but it was very easy, just a latch, and then the stroller just unfolds! Once we were on our walk, I noticed how easily the stroller maneuvered, I was able to steer the stroller one-handed. The stroller was super easy to turn and seemed to be a very smooth ride for my son. My son loves this stroller, while we were walking, he was squealing and laughing and he was very comfortable and relaxed. I love that the stroller has a belly bar and a cup holder. Although he was strapped in, he was able to sit up and grab the bar and his drink which is a huge bonus compared to my other strollers. I think my favorite feature is having two cup holders up top and one for my son below. I especially like the holders for me and my husband while we go on walks, this way I don’t have to dig through my diaper bag or stroller basket to find my drink or the baby’s cup! I am also a fan of the storage area below the seat, my diaper bag fit perfectly (usually I have to squish my bag under the seat of my other stroller, and it still sticks out). I really appreciate the recline feature and how padded the seat is; I know my son will be comfortable, even while sleeping or riding around during outings. I wanted to check out the canopy since after our walk began I already started thinking about using this stroller for our upcoming vacation. The canopy is quite large, and my son absolutely loved the window and kept looking up and waving at my husband and I! My only gripe is that to fold the NimbleLite you have to use two hands to push the two side buttons. Overall, I am very impressed with the design of this stroller. It has so many great features and is so compact when folded up. It fits great in my car and I have a lot of room to spare. I’m so excited about how lightweight the NimbleLite Stroller is and that my son will be able to continue to grow into this stroller and we will be able to get a lot of use out of it! Because, you can never have too much. And because it’s so hard to find ONE thing that fits your every single need/want. As a mom, i spend countless hours researching products and reading reviews, finding a store to test in-person, etc before I decide to ultimately make the purchase. That’s why I’m sooo thankful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller. Our kiddo LOVED it and got right into it right after we assembled it. My husband spent maybe a total of 15 minutes putting it together, so not difficult at all. The best thing we love about it is that it automatically includes a belly bar with snack cup AND cup holders for the adult. The seat is large and spacious for our son to grow into, and there’s a nice foot rest for him so he’s not completely dangling his legs. Basket is also large and a super large canopy. It’s also super easy to open (basically snap open) but super simple to fold up by just pressing the two side buttons. Now to give you an idea of us... This is currently our 4th stroller in our house. We have one regular terrain-friendly stroller, but it’s heavy and bulky in our trunk. We have 2 travel strollers — both fold up nice and small but only one of them can fit in an airplane overhead bin. This stroller is the perfect middle between our small compact travel stroller and the all terrain one. It’s definitely lightweight but still on the bulkier side for our small compact cars. But in terms of comfort, it’ll probably replace our travel stroller once our son gets bigger. Overall LOVE it and so glad we got to try it out. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight stroller for their toddler. Things I really like about this stroller include how lightweight it is, how easily it can be maneuvered in tight spaces, and the height of the handle. It was very easy to assemble and fold when it arrived, and I was impressed with the sun canopy. It has great sun coverage compared to some other strollers we’ve used in the past. Also, I love that it has the click connect ability. We didn’t get to try it, because we don’t have a baby in an infant car seat right now, but I am very happy that it has that option. Another perk is the storage. The parent unit is spacious and the basket underneath is a good size for an outing to the mall. Overall, this is a great little stroller. I did not give it 5 stars, because there were a few things I wish were better. I was very skeptical of how well the foam/plastic wheels would work. However, after taking it out and getting a little wear on the wheels, they did grip much better than when brand new and smooth. We haven’t used it for outdoor walking about though, so we will see how they do in that situation when things thaw. Another thing that really bothers me about it is the arm bar. You have to use two hands to remove it and put it on, and it has to be removed completely for kids the get in and out. A younger baby can be set in without removing it, but removing it completely every time for a toddler to get in and out is a bother. Lastly, the recline is awkward. It works fine. It does what it is supposed to. I just think it could have been done in a better way. Like I said, overall, this is a great stroller. Just those few little things that I think could have been done differently to make it easier for daily use.
Date published: 2020-02-11

Rated 4 out of 5 by missjernigan from Easy and Lightweight stroller [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried out the NimbleLite™ Stroller from Graco. I am a huge lover of all things strollers and this one did exactly as advertised. It was simple and easy to put together. My 5 year old was even able to help read the simple directions and help put on the wheels and front attachments. We were finished and ready to use the stroller in about 5 mins. (My only complaint about the install was that the axle rod is attached to the side and it took me a minute to find it!) The bottom foot area of the stroller is wide and open and my 18 month old toddler was actually able to easily climb up into the stroller on his own and than I was able to strap him into the safety harness. The back easily slides up and down for different seating angles and the shade goes super low, so I actually felt that my baby was covered from the sun. Which isn't always the case with some strollers. The fabric cleaned up easily from the sticky snack fingers of my toddler and the basket underneath was huge! I fit two jackets, water bottles, snacks and there was still room. The under carriage basket is always important to me and this stroller didn't disappoint in that area. Also the cup holder was wide enough for all my son's water bottles. The push handle was comfortable and it folded up super easy with the push of the side buttons. Maneuverability was overall good. I could have done with a little better side to side moving action but once I figured out the best way to push this stroller it seemed to go along the sidewalk just fine. I even did some off roading with this stroller and while it was a bumpy ride we still made it! If you need a great sidewalk/events day to day stroller and want something that is quick and easy to fold, this NimbleLite is everything you could need. My five year old even fit inside it for a ride! That is versatility if you ask me. My 1-year-old loves to climb up and sit in it like a chair in our living room. It was quick to assemble (and I'm one of those who reads all the directions first). If you are looking for a simple, light stroller for public transit or travel, this would be perfect. I would not recommend leaving a kid to their own devices in it, as the light frame means they could move or tip it even with the brakes on. Not only is this stroller very chic looking with the black and dark blue canopy, but it is incredibly light, which is a must when you have a baby in one hand and need to get the stroller out with the other! Also great on walks lifting off curbs and whatnot. The carseat snaps easily into the stroller with no issues and stays put. There is also a canopy from the top that unfolds to cover the entire car seat, which is great since I always seem to forget my carseat cover when running errands The canopy even has a little opening where I can peak in on my sleeping baby without having to pull the whole thing back. We’ve been using a different stroller, which was part of a system with a car seat, since my now-toddler was born, but now that he’s bigger (and he’s big for his age), we’ve moved on to a permanent car seat, and were looking for a smaller, lighter stroller option. This one fits the bill beautifully! It’s significantly smaller in terms of wheel-span, which makes it easier to maneuver, turn around corners, etc. The wheels are plasticky and don’t seem to have a ton of shock absorption, but they also didn’t pick up any dirt or mud, which was great since we keep our stroller inside. It’s also lightweight and compact, and folds up easily using two large side buttons—the next time we travel, we’ll be so happy to bring this stroller. And it’s already given us more hallway space. Good storage below the seat, and a sturdy cup holder up front for the kiddo. The best part is the canopy, which is far larger than our former one, has a vent if you need it.... Keeps the sun off our doesn't-like-wearing-hats kid, and kept him dry in the pouring rain today! A+ waterproofing.
Date published: 2020-02-10

Rated 4 out of 5 by CPierce16 from 15 pounds packed full of features! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank You so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller in exchange for my review! A little about our family, we are a family of 3 with an energetic 17 month old baby girl. This is the fourth stroller that we have tried out since having our baby and this is by far my (and my baby’s) favorite! My favorite feature, how amazingly lightweight it is! I cannot believe that this stroller is lighter than my 18 pound daughter! Despite how small (and light!) it is, this stroller is packed with many great features! First off it has a very large canopy with an extra lip to keep that bright sun off of the baby's face, 2 cup holders for mom/dad as well as a small phone space. My iPhone 7 with a case sits great in this space, and even sits up at the perfect angle for reading a message hands free. It is easy to knock your phone out if you bump it however. The padded handlebar makes pushing the stroller a breeze! I love how amazingly smooth this stroller is! I have never felt a stroller ride as smooth as this one. The storage space under the seat is easy to get to and is large for how small the stroller is. I attached a hook on my handlebar for my diaper bag and despite how unreasonably large my diaper bag is, it does not tip the stroller, even without my daughter in the stroller. I was very surprised that it was sturdy enough to balance the weight of the diaper bag without any weight in the seat. The stroller is so easy to fold, goes down smoothly and latches easily and quickly. This stroller is able to connect to certain car seats to become a travel system. I love the idea of this feature, however with the age of my daughter we did not get to test this feature out. The child bar that the car seat would connect to is very solid so I think that the car seat would have a very sturdy connection. Now for a few things about this stroller that I do not like. I wish that the stroller would stand easier and better when folded. If you position the front wheels just right the stroller will stand however there is no way to lock the front wheels so the slightest touch causes the stroller to topple. A sturdy standing stroller when folded is very important to me because I am always afraid of my daughter knocking it over on herself. Another thing about the stroller when it is folded is that I think that it has a very bulky fold for how small of a stroller is. Since the stroller is small and lightweight I imagined that it would take up minimal space when folded. However I feel that the stroller is bulky when folded. It folds very easily and I like that and I also like that the fold buttons are easy to get to but at the same time hidden away. However, when folded this takes up the majority of my car’s trunk space. I was hopeful that this would be a stroller that could stay in my trunk all the time but unfortunately that is not possible. I also do not like that the child bar does not seem to remove, or at least does not remove easily. Another feature that is missing from this stroller is a child tray. I do like that Graco added a removable cup holder to the child bar but I feel like a tray for snacks or toys would be a great addition. I would even be willing to purchase this as an add on item. Lastly, I am not a fan of the stripes on the seat of the stroller. I would much rather the stroller was all black rather than have stripes. I do not find stripes attractive and I hope to see more color options available in the future. Overall I do love this stroller and this has become my preferred stroller over the other 2 off-brand strollers that I own. My favorite features are how smooth it rides as well as how lightweight it is. My complaints are that the fold is a bit bulky, it does not stand well when folded, there is no child tray (only a cup holder) and I’m not a fan of the stripe pattern on the seat.I love the overall design, I just wish it did not have the stripes! Other than the stripes, it is a very stylish, compact and functional stroller. Graco, please make a tray for this stroller that can be clipped onto the child bar! I have a few baby showers coming up for some friends and I am considering purchasing them this stroller because I love it so much! This is the only stroller that my daughter does not fight me to go into at the mall! And that feature is priceless! We will be using this stroller many more times in the years to come! Thank you for another great product Graco!
Date published: 2020-02-10

Rated 4 out of 5 by BeckyC26 from Easy to use light weight compact stroller [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this stroller from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I like how the stroller folds up it is really easy to assemble and unfold/refold for easy storage. Although it’s light weight which is awesome I still think it takes up a lot of space in my trunk. I like to keep it in there so I have a stroller at all times on the go. PROs I love the cup holders for both mom and kiddo. It’s really helpful when on the go. I also like how easy it is to open and fold up. It’s a smooth ride and my daughter fits comfortabley in the seat, I also like that if needed I can recline the seat, most compact strollers don’t offer this. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the strap adjusting. It’s not easy at all! I have small hands and I struggled to adjust the shoulder straps so that they would hit my daughters shoulders in the right place. I fell in love with this stroller instantly. The moment I lifted the box I could tell exactly how lightweight it is! My husband had no issues putting it together and the stroller rides like a dream. It's really stylish too. It's unbelievably easy to collapse and it's so lightweight. I have a bad back so this is exactly what I need to make my life a little easier! I love the design of the bar/cupholder for my kiddo and the fact that it has two cupholders for adults. I use one for my beverage and the other for my older preschooler's water bottle. I REALLY wish I had this stroller when my first child was born or when my second kiddo was still in his carseat that would click into this stroller. My only complaint is that I don't love the style of the wheels (the plastic as opposed to rubberized). I know that helps keep it lightweight, but I don't know how it will hold up as time passes. It’s easy to fold by simply pushing the side buttons and then latching the lock. It fits nicely in my trunk with room to spare. I love the front wheels! They swivel and turn so easily that you can easily maneuver through tight spaces. My favorite part is the HUGE canopy! I’ve never had a stroller with such a large and sturdy canopy and this thing is perfect for sun or rain protection. The only thing I don’t like on this stroller is the back support. I think it’s part of the design to make it fold easily but the back does not seem very sturdy to me. It was very easy to put together with only a quick few steps and no extra tools needed. I was impressed with this stroller's compact fold & how lightweight it is which made it very easy to get in and out of my trunk! The one-step fold is very easy - folding & unfolding is a breeze (& the easiest folding stroller I have!) My favorite thing is the large canopy that will be perfect for sunny days this summer. In my opinion the design of this stroller is on par with more expensive upscale strollers. My only complaint is that the belly bar doesn't include a tray for snacks but it does have a cupholder which is nice! My 1 year old was very comfortable in the stroller and will get a lot of use out of it! (I like that the shoulder straps have padding on them! ) I wish we had this stroller when he was younger and still in his Graco click connect seat so that we could have utilized its feature as a travel system as well! My 4 year old wanted to test out the stroller too (he's 41 inches & 39 lbs - max height & weight for the stroller is 45 inches & 50 lbs) and he was comfortable but I could tell he was almost too tall for the stroller. Even with a heavier child in the stroller it was still easy to steer & maneuver. Let me just start off by saying I LOVE this stroller. It's lightweight, easy to close, easy to open and so many other things. As soon as I found out I was going to receive this stroller to try I was pretty stoked. Then we put it together and was even more excited. Hubby had no issues and said it was so simple to put together, took almost no time as well. We got it set up and moved it around. I love how easy it maneuvered, big plus there. I tried it one-handed and it still performed amazing and us moms know that sometimes we might only have one hand to use and I could rotate the stroller with ease. The next day after receiving we went to the theme park nearby. I had no issues using this throughout the park. Baby loved it as well. I did have a few small gripes such as no small table for snacks instead of the bar with a cup holder, but honestly it wasn't really that big of a deal. I actually liked the concept and baby could grab his cup and put it back with ease. I also loved how it had two cup holders for the adults, because me and hubby always bring our own cups everywhere. This stroller has honestly been one of the best ones I've ever had. I went on an errand run the other day and was able to pull it out of the trunk and pop it open one-handed. How many strollers can do that? Plus big sister just loves pushing her baby brother around and I have no issue with that because it just glides across the ground with ease. If you're looking for a lightweight and easy to maneuver stroller for easy day-to-day activities and even theme park days then this is the one for you. Also before I sign off, I forgot to mention that this works with my Graco car seat. If baby is sleeping all I have to do is take the car seat out of the car and click it into the stroller and I'm ready to roll. This was a huge plus in my book.
