<span itemprop="description">I'm pretty upset with this purchase and wish I could return it. I believe it's defective because the rods that hold the mattress leave too much of a gap that it doesn't support the middle of the mattress enough and it ends up sagging. The mattress has a hard plastic base and it ends up curving and bending down permanently. I contacted support and they were nice enough to send me a replacement mattress however the same thing happened to the new mattress. My baby is barely 5 months old and already two of the mattresses have become unusable. This is a defective product and I do not recommend it. I have purchased other Graco pack and plays and never had this issue with the mattress. I believe that another support rod needs to be added to this pack and play to avoid these issues with the mattress.</span>

I'm getting ready to have #2 and followed the instructions that are sewn into the bassinet pad, wash on delicate and air dry. Well that has proven to be wrong. It should say hand wash only. The inside foam pad is all twisted and folded and can't be laid flat anymore. We had to cut open the back to stick our hand in to get it so even lay semi straight and even then it's not the same. I am so disappointed in this deign flaw</span>

I purchased a Graco for the quality so it would last me many years but it looks like that is not the case with them anymore. <span itemprop="description">Great portable system. Very easy setup and sturdy. We like how the bassinet is large enough that we were hoping it use it for awhile until we switch to the upper crib. Bassinet is easily removed and reinstalled, for when we wish to move it to another room.
One significant issue we’ve had is the bassinet mattress. After a a pee blowout, it was stained and odourous. We had no choice but to wash it (per directions, in cold water and hang dry). It bunched up so bad that’s it’s no longer usable, because we can’t find a replacement part. Not sure what to do, and don’t wish to buy another bassinet system.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I want to love this pack n play. I specifically chose it to have a main bedside bassinet and it seemed like a great option. However, Graco made a pretty big error in thinking through the functionality of this. Surprise! the product manual states that you cannot use any sheets or mattress cover in the bassinet. So, what is one supposed to do if the baby has a diaper blow-out at 3am (and I speak from personal experience)!? Wait multiple hours to clean and airdry the mattress before putting them back? If they provided an extra mattress, or a compatible mattress cover, that would 100% solve the situation but unfortunately try to order a replacement mattress and it is out of stock with no expected date of availability. Also I saw many customer reviews that state that washing the mattress in a washing machine ruined it completely so I've kept to handwashing it. From such a well-reputed company, I really expected a more thoughtful design for a product specifically marketed as a safe sleep option...</span>

Hands down would not purchase this model again and would not recommend. Bassinet is awkward to remove and doesn't always realign/click when put back, had to force it to lock it on. The pins that held the change pad in place where constantly falling out. Very hard to keep clean do to colors as it stains easily. Pack n play pad ended up warping after a 10 months of use and cant get it warranted do to the fact that it was a gift and i don't have the original receipt</span>

I ended up having to cut the back side to flatten and was going to purchase a couple replacement pads. Lo and behold, the pads are out of stock until January 2024 (3 months from now)!! Do not wash the pad… if you have a perfectly neat baby that doesn’t make messes then you’re fine lol.</span>

<span itemprop="description">With a newborn the bassinet was the best feature! It’s our first and I was nervous with him out of my sight in the early days. I loved that it came off and I could put him down safely in other rooms as well. We only used during daytime so that’s the feedback I have. I like the changing station but wish the cover could come off for a good cleaning. We’ve gotten diaper cream on the side and out boy has surprised us with pee as well!
The WORST part is like a similar post mentioned- we followed the instructions and washed the dome mattress because babies spit up sometimes…and haven’t been able to use it for 2 weeks. It came out scrunched and there’s no zipper or slot on the back where I can pull it all back into place. It’s too bumpy to use and no longer oriented correctly inside. Baby has been on the upper part of the pack n play but we purchased this one so we could have the bassinet as well. Disappointed in the design considerations since babies are messy, it should be usable once cleaned.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Not only me but my baby loved this. Used it from when she was a newborn to now, which she is 7 months and more to come:) She used all of the 5 ways you can. When she was a newborn and she’d sleep in the bassinet, I would use the lower mattress part almost like as an accessible storage for sleeping sacks/blanket wrap/white noise machines/lullaby teddy bear. I found diapers/wipes much more convenient for fast easy restocking for the 3 part containers on the side. I wanted something she can grow into as she gets bigger and this was it! Very nice and portable, which I loved when on the go, to family visits or even just for home. Made her feel cozy and slept comfortably throughout the night. And/or just using it any other way. Also fitting well in the sleeping sacks or when we wrapped her as she slept in the bassinet or the lower mattress. (All babies are completely different in their own magnificent way, just describing my experience with my own at night.)</span>

Thanks for your interest in our products! Thank you for reaching out! All of our playards come with a mattress which has been designed specifically for the playard. For the safety of your child, we do not recommend adding any aftermarket mattresses or soft buntings to playards. Unlike standard wooden cribs, playards sides are soft and an infant can suffocate in gaps that are created between an aftermarket mattress and the playard's fabric sides, or on soft bedding added to the playard. We side with AAP recommendations for creating a safe sleep environment; place the baby on his or her back on a firm sleep surface such as a crib or bassinet with a tight-fitting sheet, avoid the use of soft bedding, including crib bumpers, blankets, pillows and soft toys. Your pediatrician knows you and your little one best, please check him/her for additional information regarding safe sleep. Thanks again! Graco Team

Thanks for your interest in our Pack 'n Play Travel Dome LX! We recommend stopping use of the playard when the child reaches 90 cm (35 in) in height, weighs more than 14 kg (30lbs), or they are able to climb out, whichever comes first. For the raised bassinet we recommend replacing once the child reaches 6.5 kg (15lbs) or if they are pushing up on their hands and knees, which ever comes first. Hopefully this helps! - The Graco Team

We do not recommend placing the product on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces. We only recommend the use of the portable bassinet with this Graco playard or on the floor. We hope this helps!

Accessories like changing tables, bassinets, and napper seats are not sold separately as a kit, and the parts for them are not universal or interchangeable. Accessories cannot be safely added to a playard that did not include them at the time of manufacture. We hope this helps!
