However, at 279.99$, the quality is subpar. From the start, it is virtually impossible to open the box even while using a knife. Then, good luck following the instructions on the manual. The wording is very unclear and the visual aids they provide are low quality drawings that make it hard to follow. Regarding the material, the power adapter feels cheaply made. The buttons and knobs on the swing feel like they can easily fall out and were added as an afterthought. Once you finally plug the device, you immediately notice there isn't much difference between the lowest speed setting and the top speed setting. In fact, even when set at its lowest setting, the swing moves so wildly you feel like the baby can fall out. It is certainly not the flimsy harness that is going to protect your baby. The swing makes a very noticeable screech no matter the speed setting applied and the speaker used to play soothing music is very low quality and does not drown out the screeching of the motor. Keep in mind when the swing is active, the whole structure shakes including the support tubing. It definitely feels like this product will not last long as evidenced by the vibration function not working out of the box.
