<span itemprop="description">The chair cover is not removable from the plastic seat for washing. Keeping the chair clean is a problem. As it has been pointed our by others, removing the chair strap from the D ring does allow you to get under the chairpad to surface clean it but the two small straps sewn on the arms are not removable and these prevent the chairpad from being removed for cleaning.
It is poorly designed for this aspect: all theses fasteners should be heavy duty snaps.I bought this chair on the recommendation of another Mom. If I’d known how difficult it would be to keep clean, I would not have purchased it.</span>

The space saver feature is awesome, but the seat cover has been wasting away and now the mechanism that holds the seat up is getting loose. Not a very durable chair. Now we have to search for another one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We’ve been using this highchair for 18mo now, and the seat cover has been slowly, but surely, tearing apart for the last 6 months. When you search the model number for replacement parts, there’s no cover available. It gets dirty quickly, and is very hard to clean. The fact that wiping it down with a soft damp cloth has caused this level of deterioration is ridiculous. I wish we would have went with a different highchair and possibly company altogether. Especially since we will more than likely have to buy a new one for when we have another baby since this one’s not holding up.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My wife and I bought this highchair 4 months ago and at first didn’t think you could remove the cushion for cleaning but found that you can remove the cushions. I have copied another reviewer’s photos and hope he doesn’t mind me reposting them. Granted GRACO should add the to their owners manual but it’s still a great highchair.</span>
