SO GLAD to own this carrier. It's not fancy, not a ton of padding or bells and whistles but a great value for the money. We have used this to take the little one on walks around the neighborhood and on longer 5-6mile hikes since she was 6 weeks old and she loves it, usually falls right to sleep even for the 2+hour hikes. She just graduated to front-facing (11weeks) and it's fun to see her super curious about the world. Also this carrier is light, sturdy, easy to wash and adjusts in a heartbeat to fit me (5'0, 110lbs) or my 5'9 husband. But once she could face outward, this carrier was wonderful! She would prefer it to sitting in her stroller. We take this on walks and to stores. It keeps her content and calm, and she is so comfortable in it, she sometimes falls asleep in it! We also tried a K'Tan carrier, and baby just didn't seem comfortable in it. She likes this one way better!
