If you set a cup on the tray, it also slides down to the bottom of the tray - cup will tip. I love the feature of the swing out tray but it is very difficult to latch.</span>

The wheels do not lock; however, the design of the product where there are feet on the back with rubber on the bottom stops the product from moving, so you don't really need locks on those wheels.

The picture of the back of the chair shows the recline release so it does recline but if it&rsquo;s like the other ingenuity chairs it&rsquo;s only a 45degree recline
