I received it as a gift and my twin girls fight over it all the time. They love hearing it bark when you squeze it's nose. I have to alternate it between the two of them until i buy another one. The first one was worn out by the time my oldest daughter was done with it. She loved it so much. They have changed the colors since she had hers but these are just as cute. We just bought this for our 4 month old and will give it to her for Christmas. It's nose makes a dog barking sound that my dog likes, but my baby isn't quite into the sound yet. He loves this dog and I have even thrown it into the wash and everything still works! It goes every where with us and I love that now he is in the throwing stage that it hooks onto strollers, car seats, or whatever! Ours I think is a cuter color and he is fondly referred to as &quot;Red&quot;. We got her the puppy when she was about 5 months old. She enjoys it quite a bit! She rides with it in the car and it keeps her entertained. She especially loves to chew on the crinkly ears. She doesn't care for the barking but does like the squeeky aspect of the toy. The downfall would be when the battery runs out since you can't replace it, but after two months ours is still going strong (of course, we don't use the barking part very much). My daughter is 4-1/2 months old and can't make it bark herself. My husband and I have only hit the button maybe half a dozen times and the thing is already dead. The unfortunate aspect is the battery is irreplaceable; therefore, I wasted [$]for three days worth of play. Very poor product and would NEVER recommend it.
