The pads come in disposable packaging and are easy to open and apply. The pads have two adhesive spots that help keep the pad in place. They are soft and comfortable to wear. They do not bother my skin. I do not have to change the pads during the day because they are very absorbent for any leaking I may have. I love that I can simply throw them away in the evening and apply a new set. I went through a few boxes of these as I nursed my little one over 2 years and the other side leaked until he turned one. I had samples of other brands but they did not stay in place as well as these. I placed them in my nursing bra and the adhesive held them in place very well, it is comfortable, the right size and thick enough to absorb any leaks throughout the day or night. I did not feel any itch or scratchiness. I change them as needed and have never had to experience any infections or discomfort. There are little gel beads in the pads that hold the moisture and if it is over capacity, it will the pads will tear and the little beads will come out. The pads have a sticky adhesive that sticks to the inside of your nursing bra so that it does not move. These are disposable so it makes it easy to dispose of when done. I use these for daily wear after my milk comes in. They're handy to keep in changing bags and are discreet in appearance. The blue lock area is soothing and I don&rsquo;t feel any leaks that happen.
