It creates a point of tension that can dig into your neck when trying to sleep. I find the head area to be very fluffy and high (thick). My neck feels like it&rsquo;s on an angle and find I get neck strains. Also the material of the cover isn&rsquo;t very soft (cotton and polyester) feels scratchy and makes me feel hot in the middle of the night. I looked at a bunch of different pillows and found this one. I started using it since I received it, and I find it sooo comfy. It gives the support enough on my back and pillow under my knees (without having a bunch of loose pillows.) I still toss and turn, but this is easier for me to maneuver. The only negative is the zipper on the cover is very cheaply made and has broken several times. Replacement covers seem to be close to $100 which seems ridiculous.
