I also still require a small memory foam wedge pillow for under my belly but that is because my stomach is just so big. You could definitely do without it. It&rsquo;s incredibly versatile. I use it frequently while watching TV and while sleeping. It&rsquo;s the perfect height for my head. I only have two complaints. First, the cover is not very soft. Second, the fluff between my legs seems to be compacting quickly and I&rsquo;m not sure how to re-fluff it. But I still love this thing and think it was well worth the price.
