My only regret is waiting until I was already 32 weeks along before I got it. The long side can be positioned against your back to keep you from rolling over while sleeping. Now that I'm not rolling onto my right-hand side or onto my back during the night I'm no longer waking up in the middle of the night with back aches and discomfort. It's fantastic for propping yourself up in bed to read/watch tv as well. The case it comes with is a little rough but not uncomfortable in my opinion - definitely interesting trying to get it back onto the pillow after washing it!
