I've used it just about every day to carry my baby boy. When I adjust it to get the fit just right, I can carry him for hours without any soreness. I also love that I can use the same carrier for both my baby and my 2-year-old when I need to. It was great not having to fuss with infant inserts when he was little, and it's great being able to move him to my back easily now that he's older. There has been a lot of fading with the Charcoal colour, but I have been using it for hours out in the sun, so I suppose it's not a surprise. It's very soft and broken in now, though, which makes me appreciate it even more. The lumbar support, structured waistband, and cushy straps make this an all-around very comfortable carrier, for both me and my kids. Love.</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought this carrier after watching a YouTube video comparing LILLEbaby and the Ergo. I loved the versatilty of the LILLEbaby compared to the Ergo. I also, didn't like the idea of having to buy an infant insert for the Ergo. This became very important for me later because my daughter was born premature at 35 weeks @ 5lbs. So when she hit her 7lbs she was able to get fit in her LILLEbaby sooner than if I had gone with the Ergo. I love my carrier and so does my daughter. It is comfortable. It is lightweight. And I am able to shove a wallet, a phone, a diaper (sometimes 2) and some wipes in the front pockets. Comes in handy having extra free hands. I also have a backpack as my diaper bag/purse. And I can put it right over the shoulder straps with my daughter in the front. I just wish it was more breathable. If I had known the woven one was coming out, I would have bought that one. My husband, my son, and I love it so much that it is all we use!! I've tried other baby transportation methods (stretchy wraps, woven wraps, ring slings, and strollers) and I have not found a single one that I would EVER consider trading my Lillebaby for! I recommend it to everyone that has a baby or is going to have a baby! I love my Lillebaby for a million reasons but the three that I keep coming back to are convenience, comfort, and complete. The lillebaby is convenient, more so than the wraps which are hard to tie and just sit in a pile or hang off of you like rags if (heaven forbid) you should have to take the baby out of the carrier while out. However its also more convenient than the stroller, sure the stroller has a cup holder but good luck going down stairs or into a tiny store or onto a crowded bus with that monster of a stroller (even the tiny ones are huge to me). With the lillebaby I'm free! We go for walks and can go to any part we wish, we go up stairs and into tiny boutiques, all with ease. The comfort aspect is partly obvious, the lillebaby holds my son to me in such a wonderful way that I dont feel his weight! The carrier is sturdy, the straps are comfortable, and the back support is awesome!!! However, there is another aspect to the comfort, I take great comfort knowing that my child is snuggled close to me or my husband. He is safe and secure and far more engaged (being basically at eye level) than he is in a stroller! The last reason is the carriers completeness. I have basically converted the pocket into my purse, so that's wonderful, but additionally, the lillebaby really is complete. I've used it from birth and it has been able to change with us and grow with my son. I love that you can adjust the width of the seat so that it's easier to carry an infant in. And I love that you can fold up and fold down the head rest as needed.
