There are no pre-drilled holes which was an absolute nightmare trying to get all the screws through plastic all at hard to reach angles! The car had scratches on it when it came out of the box. My eldest had one about 10 years ago and I&rsquo;m sure it wasn&rsquo;t this much of a nightmare to put together! It took 2 of us over 4 hours because none of the components fitted together well, when one part fitted the adjoining part was not flush so had to start again several times. In the end I had to leave gaps which little fingers may get stuck in. Trying to get the sides and roof on with no pre drilled holes was incredibly frustrating. The screws were such poor quality that by the time they were part way in the head was completely worn down and then couldn&rsquo;t get it in any further. Will need to sort that at a later date. The instructions were of poor quality, very hard to read and understand. I know The cosy Coupe car is good quality BUT it should come with an option to buy pre built or at least have pre drilled holes as it really is a nightmare to build with very tricky angles. The spikes on the roof look so cute but again are a nightmare to line up. So much so that the first time he got in it, he got so excited that he pulled the steering wheel so hard he cracked the plastic and it broke off. I sent an e-mail to Little Tikes that day letting them know and within 24 hrs not only had they responded to my e-mail but they had already shipped a replacement part. It arrived in the time they said it would and we've had no issues since. I am so impressed with the level of customer service i received.
