<span itemprop="description">We are first time parents and saw this playpen in store early in our pregnancy and thought it might be better than purchasing a bassinet for our room, as it had many features. There are some pros and cons to it worth considering before purchasing, depending what you want to use it for!
The bassinet attachment won’t last long, our daughter is only in the 15th percentile for height and outgrew the portable bassinet part within 3 weeks. The pad in the mini portable bassinet is also hard so she wasn’t sleeping very long in it after a few weeks.
We love the changing table function BUT it’s not very easy to wash if your baby pees when the diaper comes off. It cannot go in a washing machine.
The mattress pad in the actual playpen is not overly soft, but this is expected for safety reasons with playpens. We ended up purchasing a mattress insert from Amazon and she sleeps much better now in it.
We have not currently collapsed it to travel with it as we planned to have it in our room for the next several months while we room share. Can’t speak to how easily it packs up.
Overall it’s doing a decent job for what we wanted it for, however since she grew out of the portable bassinet quickly (and isn’t a big baby by any means) we have had to go purchase a larger Ingenuity Bassinet for our main floor as we wanted a place for her to have easy naps depending where we were in our house. We also had to purchase the additional playpen mattress and sheets for that to make it more comfortable.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this item when it was on sale back in December 2023 for my babe due in April. Once babe arrived in April 2024, I began using it. I think I received a defective item because I noticed the bassinet has two one inch gaps in between and so it’s like two big grooves in between. My babe is uncomfortable laying in it because of it. The entire playpen is wobbly ( not sturdy like Graco). I am upset because it’s past the return policy date and Im stuck with a defective item that my babe can’t use. The musical box on the rocker falls off easily and even with good quality batteries, music and sounds don’t last long.</span>

However, the major problem that I have encountered with the bassinet is that it is not machine washable. I called customer service to confirm how to clean up an accident in the bassinet portion of the playpen and I was told that I have to spot clean to remove the accident. The manual does not explain how to clean their products.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Baby sleeps well on the mattress. However, the change table is slanted so baby rolls over all the time, I have to to hold onto him when changing him. Obviously super annoying and inconvenient. If I had known this before getting this I would have bought a different brand. Very disappointed. Also the change table gets dirty easily and you cant really clean it well.</span>
