<span itemprop="description">I love this high chair, but it loses a star because it only has 2-level adjust footrest not 3 as clearly described. I discussed this with customer service and they offered me a return and refund, but ultimately it's still the high chair I want. Just disappointing when the adjustable footrest was a main reason I bought it and now I have to strap a box to it so my little guy can rest his feet comfortably. Just wanted to let other parents know before they buy.</span>
