The setup was a breeze, and the picture quality is crystal clear, day or night. Thanks to the long-range connectivity, we love being able to keep an eye on our toddler from anywhere in the house while we are trying to put our infant to sleep. The two-way audio feature is a lifesaver for soothing our baby back to sleep without having to enter the room. The sleek design of the camera fits seamlessly into our nursery decor, and the adjustable angle allows for the perfect view of our baby's crib. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this purchase and highly recommend it to all parents! We mostly use the monitor however the phone application is also great. When I took it out of the box, I honestly didn't need the instructions it was pretty self explanatory. I am into technology, yes, but even my 5 year old was able to navigate the parent display. Which is one of my favorite things about this product. You're able to see around your babies entire room all at the palm of your finger tips. It's a 360 spin and you can even move it up and down! I also love the fact that you don't have to connect it to WiFi! And it's portable. The cry assist feature was very helpful, ESPECIALLY as a stay at home mom of 3. I homeschool my 5 and 3 year old, our days get really busy (and loud). It made my mama heart feel at ease knowing I could lay her in the crib and I could hear her any where in our home! It's so spot on the moment it picks up a small cry the parent monitor goes off. You can also turn on a movement feature, which really helps at night time. I loved the white and light brown wood features. I feel like this monitor can easily blend into any nursery or room seamlessly. The app was easily downloaded onto my iphone and quickly got it set-up as to get my monitor going too. What's amazing to us was that the monitor was ready to go the moment we turned it on. With a few steps to get it set-up and synched with my phone, it was easy peasy, especially with the simple instructions provided. Within minutes I was able to use the monitor with the large parent screen &amp; with my phone. It has UNBELIEVABLE high resolution. Navigating both was very simple and I feel most anyone could follow right along, even Grandparents if they were in charge of the kids would be able to facilitate using the monitor w/ ease. We placed the monitor on the dresser in our little one's room, but it can also be attached to the wall if you chose to do so. A really neat feature about this product is the CryAssist, which is able to notify you of when you child is crying and the reason as to WHY baby is crying. Talk about innovative!! We used this feature with our little one, but will likely use even more when our newborn comes. It will bring such comfort we feel. I also a the ability to save memories of our babies with a microsd card or to our phone. It has built in sound soother options, which eliminates having to also purchase a sound machine. The full 360 degree monitoring provides the ultimate safety tracking of baby or toddler. Overall, we really love this baby monitor! My favorite feature is that there are TWO ways to view our baby: (1) there is a handheld parent unit (external monitor that runs on radio frequency, no WiFi required) AND (2) a phone app via WiFi! It is really useful to have both options for many reasons (not having to solely rely on WiFi; the convenience of having a parent unit instead of having to have an app open on our phone(s) all the time; being able to check in on baby from outside the house while someone's watching him; etc.) The sound and video quality are really great, and we love the big screen on the parent unit. The buttons are easy to navigate. It's useful that it relays temperature and humidity. Note: We do not find the CryAssist feature all that helpful because (a) when it alerts us he's crying, we're usually already aware that he's crying; and (b) it's still unclear to us how accurate the cry translations are (i.e. it's told us he's hungry right after he's eaten before). Yet, it's still kind of fun and thought provoking to see what it thinks he's crying about! Haha. I would definitely recommend this monitor to my friends! Let's start with the camera. This camera is like none other - the video and sound quality are IMMACULATE. When I say you could see and hear so clearly , it's an understatement. There's not one flaw with the quality and clarity of this product. Another enjoyable feature of the camera is that it is 360* when mounted on the wall, which was easy to install. We thought this was a pretty cool feature so as my daughter gets older and eventually moves to a floor bed, she could still be monitored in the entire room leaving NO un viewed spots. Something else super interesting that this product has is a cry assist feature. This feature will detect your child's cry and give you an idea as to what their cry means&hellip; and yes , in my opinion it worked and it worked really well ! From gassy cries to hungry cries , it was nice to quickly know how to better assist my crying baby. Moving onto the display monitor of this duo pack. It is super simple to navigate. This is where you will see the &quot;cry assist&quot; and will tell you what's up with the baby. My NUMBER ONE and most favorite thing about this monitor is that you can ALSO view the baby from your phone. The monitor has an app that can be downloaded and used in conjunction with the physical monitor. This helped ease my worries when I would leave my daughter before bedtime and not get to see her before she went to bed. I can easily click in and see her sleeping peacefully in her bed, or not so peacefully - while my husband could be viewing from the monitor in the home. I think this is pretty cool as most options for monitors these days it's just one or the other! Right out the box the camera and monitor were very easy to figure out and to install. It came with very minimal and simple parts - which wa much appreciated as many baby products can be very complicated. As it is named, the camera can rotate 360 and show all kinds of angles in the room it is set in. The picture quality of the camera isn't great but it does give you the option to zoom x3. It also has pretty decent night vision. The monitor is a good size but lacking in my opinion. It takes a good 5 seconds of pushing the power button down to turn on the unit. From there it boots a welcome screen - which you have the option to select different pictures from. There is no physical volume button. You have to access the volume control from the Home Screen which is a bit cumbersome. The kickstand is not sturdy making the monitor feel flimsy when it is opened and standing up (it gets easily knocked over). The battery life is decent- it will last you a full night on standby mode. The bells and whistles: I loved that this camera can be accessed not only through the monitor but also your phone through WIFI (allows me to check in when I'm not home i.e. at work). The camera has a blue light which can be turned off or on and serve as a night light. The camera can also play lullabies which is nice to calm and relax my baby to sleep. The camera is also able to detect crying and alerts you when it detects your little crying. You can also insert a memory card to save recordings or pictures. Overall, this camera/ monitor pair is decent with lots of great additional features. I wouldn't really recommend it though as I would rather have something more simple that gives me a solid basic functioning camera (good picture quality and ease of use) than the added features which are nice but unnecessary. So this is a REALLY great toddler monitor. The parent display is really user friendly, and even has an automatic function where the display turns off but the sound still plays which is great for overnight where you just need to hear them. Our only complaint was that we could never get the app feature to work on our phones to be able to check the camera without the parent display. It's easy to pack and take on vacation. You also can add any relatives to your account and they will be able to speak to the baby also so they will know their voice. It uses WiFi for the app and I believe you can just use the screen without. I like that option as I do get nervous about hacking of WiFi. It's easier to travel with as well. This is my first WiFi baby monitor that uses an app. On the app you are able to move the camera, see the temperature, get alerted if baby moves or cries. The one issue I had is the screen monitor was not working well. It wouldn't move the camera to the angle I wanted so I had to go to the app to move. Not sure if it was defective or just glitching. The color on the screen is great, the alerts if baby is crying or moving is helpful, having both an app and screen is really nice if you're away from baby and want to see them. The camera accessories including how to hang it up is great and I know doesn't come with all monitors out there. I personally like more basic monitors but if you like bells and whistles then this is the one. At night you can see perfectly, I can hear if he is having issues with reflux even though he had silent reflux it alerts me. The cry assist technology is very cool and it actually is fairly accurate, but sometimes it would take 5 minutes to confirm what the cry meant and by that time I had already figured it out. The camera does not point down at all, so if you have it on a surface, it has to be even level with the crib, or you have to wall mount. The voice activation only worked a few times. The HD picture was amazingly clear. LOVED that part of it. Could literally see my baby breathing. I loved that it attached to my phone but every single time I opened it, I got an error message about the connection and had to press &quot;retry&quot;. Literally, every time. Parent monitor was also great, but often had issues and the keys wouldn't work (the first 3 days I had it, the arrows wouldn't work to move the camera then just started working). I had not purchased any kind of baby monitor before the See Pro 360 mainly because I was overwhelmed with all the choices on the market. My baby is 5 weeks old now and so it is the perfect time to test out this monitor. After using it for a couple of weeks, I realized that I have utilized a few of the same features every day. I haven't used this monitor to its full potential mainly because I am still on maternity leave and home with the baby all day, plus our apartment is quite small so I am never too far away (and often don't need to have the monitor on). My favorite features are the built in soother sounds and the temperature and humidity sensors. The sensors I actually check all the time, and the soother sounds are a bit better than the ones on the sound machine that we have in the nursery. The night vision is pretty good, to be honest most of the time the monitor is on is when my husband and I are watching tv in the living room (since we have the baby in our bedroom now). I know that once I go back to work full time I will start using the other features like the two way talk, motion detector and the caregiver access. I don't really have an interest in trying out the cry assist, I maybe down the line I will try it and see how accurate it is. Overall, we enjoyed this Maxi Cosi baby monitor as it had a few surprises that we found helpful. We didn't have to download an app (or use wifi) to be able to use this camera which is nice to have the option. The controller/remote is intuitive to use. Again, the displays for temperature and humidity were so useful. Lastly, it was nice that we could move the camera display from the remote since we have a swingable bassinet that is not always in the same place.
