The plastic feels thicker and higher quality compared to other bags that I've used, and the double zipper is key. I've never experienced a leak with these bags. I also love that they stand up on their own, which makes transferring milk into the bag and storage in the fridge really easy. I wish they froze a little bit flatter, but as you can see in the photo they still stack quite nicely against one another once frozen. <span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These breast milk storage bags are the bee's knees! I need a product I can rely on because when it comes to liquid gold, everyone cries over spilt milk.
These bags feature a stand and fill option which is nice. I still have to use two hands while pouring milk in due to the top not staying open. But I believe that's because the double zipper which helps against leaks. They are sturdy so I didn't have to worry about them falling over after filling.
They also freeze flat so it saves so much room in my freezer! The flat freezing feature makes thawing the milk a breeze since it's a thin layer of milk instead of a big frozen lump. Takes no time at all and that helps when you've got a hungry baby!
I had no issues with leaks while using these bags. They are very durable.
My favorite feature is that you can freeze the milk flat. Helps cut down on thawing time and saves space in my freezer.

These milk storage bags were easy to use and durable. The plastic feels very sturdy. I was able to freeze the bags and thaw them without any leaks. I pump during the work day. These bags were easy to fill at my desk, and there were no spills. The bags lay flat for easy freezing and storage. I didn't fill them to the max because of the fact I normally store milk in smaller amounts of 2 or 4 oz. It was easy to transfer milk from a bottle to the bag and back again. The top portion can be ripped off easily instead of cutting which is great for opening them at work. The zipper was secure and didn't leak. Overall these bags were simple durable storage bags.</span>

They have the double zipper (necessary when storing liquid gold in my opinion), but the self standing feature was my favorite. I’ve sadly spilled bags before but this definitely helped me lessen my clumsiness and made it easier to transfer milk for sure. I love that even though they will stand on their own you can also lie them flat for freezing. I had no problem using the bags this way and could also easily thaw and use. The bags worked good. Normally there's a bit of a gap between me freezing the milk and my baby drinking it but I tested this to make sure I felt good using the bags on a regular basis and everything worked good! No leaks! They definitely feel durable, and it was easy to transfer milk in and out.
My favorite feature of this brand is the bags seem very thick and sturdy quality. Our freezer sometimes has a stale odor and despite several boxes of baking soda I always worry the milk will taste gross. The thickness of the bags make me wonder if it keeps more freshness in?
I know these bags are meant to be self-standing but the way I use the bags, I don't really use/need this feature.</span>

That being said, I would definitely purchase this storage bag for myself again. The only reason I did not give the bag 5 stars is because I felt that while the double zipper made it great for keeping milk in, it also did too good of a job keeping me out! It made it difficult to open the bag without contaminating the inside with my fingers.
Medela did a great job once again providing a product for nursing/pumping mothers. Aside from my difficulties opening the bag, I have nothing but good things to say about this product. You could feel the solidness of the bag from the moment it was removed from the box. It was not flimsy and did not feel as thin as other bags that I have purchased in the past. As I mentioned, transferring milk was a little difficult, but I have found that there isn't really a good way to transfer milk from one container to the next. However, the self-standing feature did aid in this process immensely. After the transfer was complete and the bag was closed, I tried everything to get the milk to spill out. It was a fruitless venture, which is a good thing. I will say that I only put 3 ounces into my bags at a time, so I cannot speak to what would happen if you filled the bag completely. My bags froze relatively flat, which is nice for storage, and I had no issues thawing them out. It was easy and quick to thaw the milk out.
The feature of the bag that I personally was most excited about was the measurements on the sides of the bags. I have ALWAYS had to measure my milk in a bottle before transferring into a bag because the measurements were never accurate. These bags are AMAZING in terms of measurement capabilities. They are the only bags that I have found to be accurate in measurement. This alone has made me a believer in this product.</span>

That said, if you’re pumping into bottles and storing in thin bags with thin closures, these are way more study and would serve you well! I love that these stand up on their own, so I can pour the milk in without it spilling and it gives me both hands to hold the bottle. I love that I’m able to lay them flat in the freezer and they don’t take up a bunch of room. I like that it seals well and that I haven’t had any leaks.

<span itemprop="description">My wife froze several bags for when she would be away or at work. I thaw bags in a milk warmer specifically designed for bags and we store the bags carefully. About half the bags of frozen milk leak from the bottom. Initially I thought this was my fault, but no matter how careful I am, milk leaks. This is annoying and wasteful. Milk won’t thaw properly unless the ice is moved around which results in a mess. Going to try a different brand next time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Upon receiving the sample box, the first thing that caught my attention was the storage bags. I like that I can easily store milk in a safe place and not worry that it won’t leak due to the double zip. What I did not like is that I have to snip the top to be able to use. Con is if I’m on the run there is no easy access to opening the storage bag unless I’m running around with scissors.</span>

Non dans le bas du sac il est &eacute;crit ''single use'' (avec un 2 dans un cercle barr&eacute;) donc ''usage unique'' seulement j'esp&egrave;re que malgr&eacute; le d&eacute;lais la r&eacute;ponse va t'&ecirc;tre utile a toi ou quelqu'un d'autre. :)
