With this oil I was able to massage and open the duct, thankfully. This oil made the massaging experience easier- it went on so well, was relaxing and didn&rsquo;t leave gross residue on my hands or body. I am a large chested women who get severe PMS and with that comes very sorry breasts while on my period. I&rsquo;ve tried everything to help ease the pain. The warming sensation this gave was so soothing. It wasn&rsquo;t too oily either so it didn&rsquo;t stain my bras. I could have seen this being very useful while breast feeding as I would always have clogs and mastitis a few time. You also only need the littlest drop and it goes a long way. Since the bottle looked kinda small I was a bit worried I would run out quick. Nope still have 3/4 of the bottle left which should last me well more that one year. This oil would be a great gift in a shower basket since it doesn&rsquo;t have to be used for breastfeeding exclusively. I loved that only 3 ingredients were basically used as my breasts can sometimes be very sensitive to chemicals. I use body oils quite a bit, and I would say this is very similar to some of my favorite body oils, it goes on smoothly and easily, and absorbs into skin nicely. I used it as a belly oil before baby came and I was also using it on my belly and stretch marks postpartum. It does have an avocado scent (If you cook with avocado oil, you would recognize the scent) but otherwise it&rsquo;s not scented at all. The bottle may seem small at 50 mL, but it does go along way when using it specifically on your breasts. A final thing to note - there&rsquo;s only a few ingredients, which makes me feel really comfortable to use this while breast-feeding my baby, on my own body and holding my baby. I even used it on my baby the other night for a little baby massage.
