This thermometer is excellent! It also arrived just in time for cold and flu season. With the touch of a button, the thermometer registers the temperature very quickly, which is helpful having a squirmy child that doesn&rsquo;t like having their temperature taken. The icons and display are easy to read to give you a quick assessment of any temperature issues. I also downloaded the accompanying app to track and monitor temperatures for the members of my family. A little background in my recent thermometer use is very important for my review. My so recently suffered a burst appendix with complications approximately two months ago and although he has had his surgery and the burst appendix has been removed; there is concern that the infection and abscess that he had with the ailment could return, so it is extremely important that we monitor his temperature on a regular basis and keep track of it. We used 5 other thermometers and they have proven to be either inconsistent or just involve hand recording the readings. The Motorola - Care+ Thermometer - White has actually made my life so much easier. All I had to do was download the Hubble connect app on my phone, register and link my android phone via Bluetooth to the thermometer and that was it! This app and thermometer are truly fantastic, I just take my kids temperature and all the information is stored on the app where I can go to check it out to see any issues. It is also a great feature as it can be shown to Drs and Nurses should the need arise ( I can remember many times when I have been asked about temperatures and I have had to guesstimate times). The Thermometer is self is very accurate, no more do I take my sons temperature 5 times and get a different reading each time, This is something that makes me extremely happy as this has been a constant battle with other brands that I have used. This is a fantastic product that has brought piece of mind and ease of use together. I chose this thermometer for all of its features and I am so glad that I did. For starters, this thermometer is extremely simple and easy to use. Hold the button down to turn on, wait for a beep, put it to the center of the forehead, press button again, wait for the beep and voila! This thermometer is able to read temps for other things too, such as food and liquids, even bath water. It takes 2 AA batteries, which are included. So far in the month of having it and using daily, I have not needed to replace. The best part about this specific thermometer is the smart app features. The instructions will help walk you through and easy set up. The app allows you to set up, up to 4 people. You put in every persons name, birthday etc. It will then record each temp reading, save the history, give you a happy face or sad face based on temp, and even give you medical tips for the temp reading. The app also has other features, such as being able to connect your home cameras (Hubble cameras), connect to prenatal heart rate monitor (Hubble Roo), a health weather map, healthy fact of the day, symptom checker etc. My daughter is required to have her temperature checked every morning before class. Some of the other moms and I all bring our own thermometers and have been able to compare the accuracy of ours to the teacher's medical grade thermometer. My Motorola Care+ is as accurate as the medical grade! I love it and have already recommended it to the other moms. This thermometer is packed well with smart technology and I am constantly finding out more things it can do. If you love technology and are looking for the best, accurate thermometer out there, then this is it. However if your not tech savvy and are looking for an easy to use, accurate thermometer, this is it as well. You can easily use the thermometer with our without the app. I highly recommend this thermometer to everyone out there.
