My daughter used them when she was transitioning to cups with straws and now my son will use this one. I like the design because they are easy to clean and I like that the straw can be flipped under the lid. They are fairly spill proof but will leak with enough shaking or when dropped. They hold a good amount of liquid and my favorite part is that you can hold the cup at any angle and the straw will still work. The weighted bottom makes it easy to get water in the straw and the cup itself is very light weight. The cap sometimes doesn't stay closed all the way but does not leak.
