They fit her preference with nipple and with flow. And I like that baby controls the flow I think that's great to help avoid choking or getting too much or too little. Overall a good set of bottles. Some of which calmed him for a few minutes but nothing actually helped. He is a gassy baby and struggles to pass gas and burp. We went through 3 different bottles including AVENT, Tommee tippee, and evenflo and found this one to work best. I originally thought the Y shaped nipple would be too fast for him since most other bottles say the Y shape is for 9+ months and I have a 7 week old. That was not the case at all. My baby controls the flow of his bottle just like the product describes. I also like the air vent because I can actually hear the bubbles escaping. My baby went from eating very slowly, collapsing the nipple, taking multiple breaks, crying during and after feeding and spitting up to taking 1-2 breaks to burp, feeling satisfied and ready for a nap, not collapsing the nipple and no spitting up with this bottle. We are finally able to get 4 straight hours of sleep! I have a breeza formula making and I noticed that in the smaller bottle it was filling up to only a little over 3.5oz, so I got a measure cup out to see what was wrong, the machine not giving enough water or the bottle marking of 4oz turns out the bottles are marked wrong.. sure enough the bottle was mark wrong! So if it wasn't for the breeza I would have been putting more water in than I should I have. He&rsquo;s a little advanced for his age (9 weeks) and needed to move up to the medium flow nipples on his Tommie Tippee bottles. Once we did that, he refused to use the NUK bottles. Thinking the flow was too slow, I bought all new number 2 NUK nipples and he sucks and sucks and nothing comes out. He gets frustrated and refuses to eat. I loved the bottles so naturally I bought them for my second son who is also breastfed. Well he does great with the Nuk simply natural bottles but the new bottles with the Y shaped nipple hole are the worst! It sounds like he is drinking it to fast and is getting lots of air. I&rsquo;ve tried to find the old nipples with just the one hole so I could replace the nipple instead of buying all new bottles but I haven&rsquo;t had any luck finding them. I&rsquo;ve always recommended the Nuk bottles but I will not be recommending the new Y shaped nipple hole bottles. I am usually a Playtex Ventaire purchaser, simply because they are tried and true among my friends and family. My daughter didn't really like the shape of these nipples, but the bottle itself was great. My biggest issue with the bottles were the vent spot causing draining on my daughter's face and into her nose. My 5 month old enjoyed drinking from them and the long bottle was easy for him to hold.
