As a mom I would have given this product a 5 star review. I love that the NUK pacifier is all one piece. I don&rsquo;t have to worry about bacteria or any germs getting inside the nipple of the pacifier. The heart shaped seal gave me a piece of mind that no part of the pacifier would occlude my baby&rsquo;s nostrils. The NUK pacifier checks the box of being BPA-free, silicone, and dishwasher safe! However, my little would rate this more of a 3 star for soothing because she thought the NUK pacifier was a chew toy and not a pacifier. I think because the NUK is all one silicone piece, it was hard for her little brain to understand to not chew on it since she had previously used other pacifiers before trying the NUK. I wanted to love these since they&rsquo;re made sustainably! They&rsquo;re cute, simple, and silicone which I like. I like that there isn&rsquo;t any hard plastic on it. My little one had just rejected all other pacifiers and took to these right away! Unfortunately, every thing sticks to them. If it touched your clothes or baby&rsquo;s clothes, the floor, the couch, any fabric or hair, it sticks to the pacifier and will not come off until you wash it off. Right off the bat, I was excited to test out this product with my little one! Upon reviewing the packaging I was pleased to see that they are designing with sustainability in mind-- everything from bio-based silicone to recycled packaging. I liked the heart-shaped design of the pacifier because it allows for the infant to breathe easily while using it. I also liked that it was one molded piece. Sometimes I worry about the nipple pulling free from the handle piece with frequent use and washing, so those worries were relieved with this design. At the time of testing, my daughter was 1 month old and would only use these pacifiers reluctantly when her regular pacifier was not offered. She is exclusively breastfed and I think the orthodontic nipple was just bigger than what she is used to. I think she might get more use out of them as she gets bigger and begins taking bottles. My initial thought was that I loved the simplicity of the design and the fashionable yet wearable colors. The pacifiers are so easy to clean quickly in the sink (No water in the nipple!), and I love that they&rsquo;re top rack dishwasher safe for days when I just don&rsquo;t have time to mess with it. As someone who&rsquo;s increasingly conscious of what I put on and in my family, I really like that the pacis are 100% medical-grade silicone and not hard plastic. The recycled packaging is also a huge plus. When it comes to day-to-day use, my child usually passes on the Nuk when fussy. However, she&rsquo;s already been teething, and she LOVES to chew on it then. Once her teeth come in I&rsquo;ll have to carefully inspect them more frequently to make sure she hasn&rsquo;t bitten through the pacifier, but so far they look perfect. I also really love the curved shape of the&hellip; whatever the official name for the pacifier handle is. It&rsquo;s just the right shape for my baby to use her fist to hold the paci against her mouth; unlike other pacifiers with plastic/rubber bits that stick straight out and have to be held with a pincer grip or else you knock them out of the mouth, or pacifiers that don&rsquo;t have anything to grasp at all. The less I have to pick a pacifier off the floor, the better! My five month old seems to only like these pacifiers as they stay in his mouth and they do not fall out after 10 seconds. My little one grabs towards it when it is near him, which has not been done with previous pacifiers. My daughter had rejected 7 different brands and styles of pacifiers over the past 3 months. As soon as I put this pacifier in her mouth, she accepted it and wouldn't let me remove it. The silicone texrure and nipple shape seem to be a more natural experience for my breast fed baby. I love the shape of the pacifier because they leave plenty if space between the top of the pacifier and her nose. The handle on the front of the paci is small enough that it doesn't get pulled out accidently, but large enough that she can put it back in by herself when it falls out. It is also able to accommodate a pacifier leash. I reccomend using a pacifier leash, because the nipple does collect hard to remove fuzz or dirt if it hits the ground. We love this pacifier and will definitely be buying it in the next size! Every mom knows that pacis can be lifesavers when baby is fussy. Unfortunately it&rsquo;s super hard to find a paci that your baby will take to. Most people give up and just assume their baby just doesn&rsquo;t like pacis. But in most cases, it just takes time to find the ones they like. I went thru a lot of them before we found some that worked. This NUK Paci was one of them. It&rsquo;s made with 100% sustainable, bio-based silicone which means that it will not lose its shape as the baby uses it. As the teeth start to come in, baby will start biting on it and because of the material used, it will not damage the paci. The shape of the paci nipple-is also super important. My son is 100% breastfed and this paci was perfect for him to latch to. Overall, I love the shape and the colors they come in. It&rsquo;s made of great material, giving it longevity. And most importantly, it pacifies my baby when needed! I like the design of the pacifier and that it is silicone. My newborn has yet to really take to pacifiers well. He was not a fan of this one but I think with time that may change. These fit well in my sterilizer and seem to be a good design. We were presented with the opportunity to try these out by the Stellar Product Testing Panel and thought that it made sense to give them a try. Our little one loves the feeling of them, and immediately took to them to soothe him during times when on-demand feeding just wasn&rsquo;t feasible. As parents, we also love that they are produced in a 100% sustainable manner. The colors are simple, but the material is definitely high quality and he really seems to enjoy them. It&rsquo;s like a Secret Crying Baby Weapon, it almost feels like a cheat code. I wish that we had these with our other kids, as it likely would have given mom and dad a bit of a break from the screaming.
