<span itemprop="description">I was SO excited to put the owlet cam and sock on my registry! As a tech savvy person, I was sure I'd love having an app on my phone versus the standard baby monitor. I set it up as soon as we got it, and I've hated it ever since. The owlet is constantly offline, disconnected, loading, having to be reconnected, unplugged, app reinstalled, it's such a hassle. I bought a ring camera and put it right next to the owlet camera in the nursery on the same network and not once has it given me problems. I really really wanted to love the owlet and I have been SO disappointed with it and how unreliable it is.</span>

<span itemprop="description">One of the selling points to me of the Owlet was that I could access the feed whenever I wanted from wherever I was. Out of town for the weekend, I can look on my app of my sleeping baby. Not that I didn't trust my husband...:) but it definitely gave me peace of mind. I've had no issues with the camera that resetting it hasn't helped. It is made well and functions well. Small and unobtrusive. Long cord but I'm pretty sure that's for if/when you mount it on a wall or shelf and you need it to reach the outlet. Ours has only ever been plugged into the wall and then set on the edge of the crib. Seems durable too. My baby likes to get his hands on it whenever he can.
Would definitely recommend!

I got it during my last trimester and was so excited to use it. This product has given me a piece of mind. I can check in on my daughter at any time while at work (how cool) and even on evenings when I’m relaxing in my living room while she sleeps in her room. The video quality is very good I must say because it doesn’t freeze up like other products do. I can also talk to my baby girl when I’m at work and she gets so excited when she hears my voice- how cool is that! I honestly wish this product existed when I had my son many years ago. It would’ve come in so handy.

It was so easy to set up—just a few steps and it was ready to be used—which is nice as a new mom who doesn’t have much time with free hands. The picture is so clear, and the night vision is fantastic. It gives me peace of mind and a lot more freedom to do other things when my baby is napping or asleep for the night. I don’t feel like I have to worry or check on her every few minutes like I did before I had the camera. I rely on it so much now!

I bought this monitor for my nonverbal son who is 23 and has cerebral palsy. The camera alerts me to extra movement or sound in his room at night when he may need repositioning. Also, I can work in my office and be alerted when he awakens so that I can get him up and dressed for the day.
The picture quality is superior, as is the sound. Highly recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The video quality on this camera is excellent and the night vision is almost unbelievable how clear it is. Sound and motion detection works great. I like getting the notifications on both my phone and Apple Watch. My only cons are that I wish I could hit the notification on my watch and hear the camera sound through my watch and I also wish there was an option on iPhone for notifications to be exempt from ‘do but disturb’ settings so I can still bypass alerts at night and still get my monitor notifications.

<span itemprop="description">We have a two year old and have used a baby camera that included the separate monitor for parents and since getting this one, I’m shouting from the rooftops how freeing it feels to ditch the old monitor for this model. My biggest worry is that I wouldn’t be able to hear the baby from the app on my phone but with “background” audio turned on, the slightest sound I hear and can look in on him with a super clear picture day or night. It has another great feature to notify you when motion is detected and this helps me know when my baby wakes up for the day if I sleep though his noises. Great camera! We’re buying a second for baby sister due next month.

Installed it as soon as we set up the nursery and set it up through the app. Till this day its always worked perfectly fine, has audio and as well zoom so your little one is always easy to see and hear. Definately recommend this camera to all the parents out there wont dissapoint!! Thanks Owlet for having such great products!!

I was looking for a product that would give me tranquility when my son x months old is asleep, I found this camera which I like the quality of the image and that I can see my baby when am outside with my dog. I recommend this product to all mamas out there, I would love it even more if it had the option to record.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Super impressed with this camera quality! The visual clarity is pretty crazy good, audio was also very clear. Worked in our home even with crappy WiFi! We downloaded the app on an android tablet and accessed it from there, would definitely recommend this camera!

<span itemprop="description">I love this camera! Only flaw is I wish it came with a monitor so you don’t have to always use your phone. I love that you get notifications of movements and that it shows the temperature! The camera is very clear day and night. It has a wide camera so it shows a lot. I have not mounted it on the wall yet but it comes with the mount and cord covers which I love! Overall I’m really happy with the clarity and the notifications I get from the camera and I feel at ease by having this camera.
