When it was delivered, one of the side part was completely broken which led us to refund and get a new one. The one we got it next round, it's not damaged but we found out the surface is not smooth because they somehow re-painted the missing spot. Well we didn't want to replace or refund anymore so we're keeping it. So think about it before you get this crib! Tho I really loved the service of BRus. :)</span>

<span itemprop="description">Opened the skyler 4-1 crib and the headboard was was missing 2 of the 4 holes to secure it to the frame. We called in and they offered to just replace the piece but we live quite a ways away. It’s disappointing that we have to waste all our time and they can’t offer us a discount. We still think it’s a good product but make sure you have all the right parts and it’s not defective. It’s added stress to an already stressful situation</span>
