My only complaint is to not put hand sanitizer or alcohol wipes anywhere near the outside fabric. When I got the bag I was super disappointed in the quality of the straps in particular. You answered a question on the product page saying the straps are padded and they are absolutely not. Just standard nylon type straps. No padding whatsoever. I probably would not have chosen this if I knew. Really disappointed to see you&rsquo;re falsely advertising this bag with padded straps. Maybe I got an old version? But either way the product page is the same and it was deceived as having padded straps. Also after using for only 4 month, the straps are starting to fray. I'm happy to see they kept the fold out changing pad and still include the stroller straps and crossbody. I packed our Boxy Deluxe with all our our essentials and still have plenty of room for more. TIP: The use of the packing cubes are a MUST to keep things tidy and easy to find. We happen to have the Pooh and friends pixels which coordinate so well with this gorgeous dusty pink color. The trolley sleeve is another feature I can't wait to use which also doubles as a pocket with a zip closure option on the bottom. I packaged everything I had in my previous boxy and had space left over!!! Yes!! Finally! 2. All the pockets! It&rsquo;s like the sync and the boxy had a baby :) the inside pockets really went a long way in helping me organize the bag better. Absolute 10/10 for me 3. Tech sleeve. One reason I favored the sync was for the tech sleeve though I personally prefer how the boxy sits when hanging off my stroller. Now that the tech sleeve is included, it&rsquo;s PERFECT!! 4. I noticed the diaper changing pad is thinner? Thank you! Lol some times it was hard to continue to close that front piece once wipes and diapers were added to the front compartment. 5. Deeper insulated pockets are amazing! 6. The flap falls way better in this one and the magnetic closure is better than in the other boxy. It&rsquo;s seamless and holds its shape better. I&rsquo;m grateful that I was able to have it replaced free of charge bc I really do love this diaper bag.
