<span itemprop="description">I received this bag as a gift for my new baby. I really liked the style and storage but after a few months, noticed one of the straps was coming apart at the bottom. This is the strap you put on your shoulders, so pretty integral to the backpack working. I contacted customer service and they sent me another. I’ve been using the new bag for a few weeks and the strap is starting to come apart again!! I would expect a $150 bag to last longer than a few weeks before breaking. Very disappointed.</span>

I need a lot of room because this bag will carry things for my newborn, 2yr old & 4 yr old and of course there is always mom’s gear! I love that one side opens all the way down so you can have full access to the bottom of the bag.
A high end, new diaper bag is the one thing I treat myself to every pregnancy because it’s something that I carry every day. I did a lot of looking at different styles but I’m so glad I stuck with Petunia Pickle Bottom again. The quality is great and I know it will last!</span>

They are “padded” but not a lot and they still are very thin and seatbelt like. I have 3-4 kids i’m packing things for in this bag so things get kind of heavy and the straps can get uncomfortable after awhile. But not a dealbreaker for me as all diaper bags can get heavy and uncomfortable at times. I do love it and would purchase again!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am on my second meta backpack in the past 2 1/2 years. My first one was replaced due to the grab handle tearing. My second one now has a completely ripped grab handle. We made sure never to hang it. I have recommended this backpack to everyone, yet I can’t even use mine anymore… I can but such a nice backpack with a broken handle. I’m sure this one will be a loss. I prefer this one over my Freshly Pickled one- but the handle has been sturdy on that one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So I’m superrrr disappointed in this bag. My husband gifted this bag to me when I was pregnant with our second baby. After less than just a couple months of extremely minimal use, the backpack strap started unraveling (on both sides) where it is sewn into the bag. I reached out to customer service with pics and they were gracious enough to provide me another new bag of the same make and model.
Well, after a few months using the new bag, the handle strap has done the same exact thing that the old bag did– unraveling at the stop where the strap is sewn into the bag. Today it finally completely broke.
I’ve gone through MANY diaper bags over the coarse of two babies and this is the worst one I’ve owned. Doesn’t even come close to the quality, durability and longevity of the cheapest of bags that I’ve owned. In just 8 short months I’ve gone through two of these bags, and now having to fork out more money to buy a completely new bag. Absolutely not worth the price tag, and would not recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this bag in 2021 and barely used it (also didn’t overpack) and of the straps broke off. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful! I got a replacement but now I’m having the same issue with the 2nd bag! I LOVE this bag but they definitely need to make it more sturdy. I bought the sling bag last month and I love it so no hate to the brand, it’s just disappointing when you spend a lot of money on a bag.</span>
