It has great pockets for organization and wonderful that nearly all of them are antimicrobial rubberish/plastic (no idea what it actually is made of), but feels heavier and more durable than most for unexpected wet laundry. The pockets seem well thought out and the look is great. It doesn't scream diaper bag and seems more like a stylish bag. I LOVE the straps! They are super convenient to go from handbag to backpack in seconds depending on the situation. I'm even able to wear this crossbody with the straps loosened all the way. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold a ton. However, that's what I was looking for. My daughter is 16 months old now so she doesn't need allllll of the baby things infants need. It is absolutely gorgeous! I love the rose gold metal, and the two-tone fabric. There is so much insulated storage space! The whole bottom part is so large and deep, you can fit so many things, and then the front zipper pocket is deep and wide, as well! I like that the phone pocket is on the pack of the bag to add a bit more security (and it's fleece-lined). The interior lining is a nice compliment to the outside, and it comes with a matching vinyl changing pad and a hard plastic wipes case. There is a clip on the outside of the bag (hand sanitizer, toy, etc), but there is also a clip with a stretchy pull strap on the inside of the bag for your keys. The placement of this strap is right above one of the inside mesh pockets, so when I attach my keys, they hang down into the pocket. They get in the way of me pulling items out of the pocket, then. It would have made more sense to attach the strap towards the corner of the bag so it hangs down the side corner and out of the way of the mesh pockets. The inclusion of the outside side bottle pocket is nice, but the pocket is more like a triangle. The bottom has no depth, so you can't fit anything with a wide bottom. It can only fit something small. I'm not even sure it would fit an 8 oz bottle well. I can fit a small sippy cup, and that's about it. I'd much prefer it be wider on the bottom so I can at least fit my own water bottle in it. The inside has a divider separating it as one larger and one smaller compartment. I would have liked an inside zipper pocket on the smaller compartment side to hold my lipstick, sucking candies, medicine, and other little items that didn't need to get caught up with my wallet and larger items. Plus, when I didn't have the bag zippered and it fell over, all these little items came tumbling out. The idea of having the handles switch between book bag straps and handbag/shoulder straps is nice, and very convenient. But I think they could have been designed better. If you grab one of the book bag straps, the leather handle for the shoulder strap slides through and the book bag straps become uneven, making it difficult to grab the second strap. It really should have been designed so that the leather handle can't slide through. Also, if you adjust the book bag straps to to be longer, then the hand bag strap is longer. Sometimes I just wanted to grab the bag by the handle quickly (like pulling it out of the car), but the strap was so long that it wasn't convenient and the bag would smash against everything. These two strap features were my biggest issues with the bag, and so inconvenient / annoying, that I probably won't continue to use the bag. If you're using this bag strictly as a diaper bag for your child, and you have your own purse/handbag, then I'd recommend this bag. And I love that they&rsquo;re not all visible. There&rsquo;s some hidden pockets that are perfect for hiding your phone or your valuables. It also comes with a washable changing pad and a baby wipe holder which is great! I love that you can fit a bottle, sippy cup, water bottle etc on the side of the bag. This way you&rsquo;re not searching inside the bag for it, it&rsquo;s right there. Same with the key clip on the front. You can attach your keys to the clip and not have to worry about searching for your keys when you need them. This bag is super functional and has so many pockets and compartments. Zippered and easy closure and opening. There are insulated pockets that will keep bottles cold. There is a nice pocket on the back that is soft inside, this can keep your phone safe and free of scratches. I like the changing pad and the wipe container that comes with this bag. The bag is comfortable to carry and easy to transform from tote to backpack. All you do is pull the strap. There are a total of 8 pockets inside and outside of the bag, so plenty of storage for my daughter's necessary items. There is also plenty of room for my wife to put her stuff in there so she doesn't have to carry her purse or cell phone as there is also a zippered pocket on the back of the bag for this as well. There is also a pocket on the side that expands and can easily hold a water bottle or other beverages which I think is a great feature to have on a bag. I picked the Pivot Pack to solve this issue and couldn&rsquo;t be happier! It has pockets for everything. In fact, I find that many are empty, as I don&rsquo;t have that much stuff to carry in my bag! The pockets I love the most are the insulated front pocket and bottom. These are great for hauling snacks and milk! My old diaper bag didn&rsquo;t have a key clip or a water bottle pocket, so it&rsquo;s nice having places to hold my stuff too. I love the neutral colors and rose gold accents. It is so fashionable, and is just the right size! Another big plus is that it can be carried as a tote or as a backpack depending on where you are going. My only tip is to remember to zip the bag before you pick it up and carry it tote-style.
