Philips Avent SCF358/00 Fast Baby Bottle Warmer is a safe and easy way to make mealtime more comfortable for baby. It gently heats a 5 ounce bottle in as few as 3 minutes. It circulates milk during warming, so unlike a microwave, it won't cause hot spots. The warmer can also be used to defrost frozen breast milk and baby food. It is compatible with all Philips Avent bottles, bottles from most other leading brands, and baby food jars. The Philips Avent Fast Baby Bottle Warmer allows you to set it and forget it! Sensors auto adjust the heating pattern for different milk volumes and starting temperatures, so it hits the right temperature every time with the push of a button. It also keeps milk warmed to the desired temperature for up to 60 minutes. After 60 minutes it automatically shuts off to prevent overheating. The front panel is intuitive and easy to read with clear guidance on setting by milk volume for accurate results. A progress light lights up in three segments, indicating the warming progress and when milk is ready. <span itemprop="description">Great warmer! I have used this warmer with plastic and silicone bottles and it consistently heats the bottles to the perfect temp. If you are using a silicone bottle, such as comotomo, it will take a bit (2-3 minutes) longer then the setting. The design is easy to use - only 1 button to press after you select the oz and you don't have to measure any water like my old warmer. The warmer itself has a large opening to fit any size bottles. My favorite feature is the keep warm feature so I can hit the warmer and come back when I am ready. The last warmer just shut off which was not ideal. I would definitely recommend this warmer.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My youngest child is 7 weeks old and we are using this bottle warmer to reheat cold and/or frozen breastmilk multiple times a day. We've also used this warmer to warm cow's milk and nutritional supplements for my oldest. I used a previous model (Philips Avent Fast Bottle Warmer, SCF355/00) for my first born and while I quite enjoyed that warmer, this one is far superior. The icons on this warmer are much easier to understand. I like that there are simple to read set points for milk volume instead of a sliding scale. I also love that I can set the bottle up a reasonable amount of time before a feeding and with the push of a button start the warming process. It takes only a few minutes to warm up a bottle of milk - the perfect amount of time to change a diaper before a middle of the night feeding. One tip: make sure you put cold water in the warmer, otherwise it won't register the temperature of the milk and the bottle won't heat up. I've made that mistake once or twice. My only complaint is that the cord could be a little longer. I find there's only one location on my counter top that I can use it because the cord doesn't reach to my second outlet but that's a tiny complaint overall. I would recommend spending the few extra dollars on this warmer for any new parent that will be bottle feeding frequently.</span>

We use the thin milk containers to warm up the milk as it is quicker than using the bottle which is made of a thicker plastic. I feel this could’ve been an excellent product had it had a feature to tell you when it is ready and if it had a mode to switch off by itself after a while. Overall it’s a decent gadget that helps to speed end up things but you have to be on top of things as well I.e prepare milk just before feeding time then you can pop the milk In the warmer and tada it is room temp when baby wakes</span>

It’s very handy especially for night time bottles when you do not want to operate a microwave. It heats the bottles evenly without any hotspots. I however noticed that the manual is a bit misguiding and that it took me 4-5 minutes to get the milk at the right temperature for my little one. It might be due to the fact that I was heating up milk from the fridge. The best part of the warmer is that it can warm up baby food jars too so ideal for when out and about and the baby needs a warm feed or food. It’s a sturdy build and I definitely recommend it to all parents!</span>

Simply push the button and the smart temperature control sensor warms the milk or any other drinks or baby food to the desired temperature just in a couple of minutes. There is also a defrost setting. There is a light indicator showing you when the milk is ready, which is pretty convenient. The bottle warmer is very compact so you can take it away with you.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose 2 stars as my wife and I found the warmer to be inconsistent with regards the temperature the botteles were being warmed or the tempreture the bottls were being maintained at.
We would make a bottle before going to bed and set the warmer to maintain the temp, this would vairy widley from the bottle being room temp (despite the lights remaining switched on to indicate the warmer was indeed doing it's job) to the bottle being hot to touch and anywhere in between.
When using it to warm a small bottle, our favourite setting, it was consistent and fast to warm.
The full bottle setting was ok but again inconsistent. We would find ocasionally we would wait the duration of the cycle only to have a tepid bottle and others we would wait seemingly no time to have a bottle to warm to give the little one.
In terms of it's appearence it is nothing special (not that it needs to be) and is compsact enough to not be a burden and take up space whilst still having the capasity for any and all the bottles (at least the ones we have).
I am a frugal guy and my main dissapointment was in the staggering amounts of electricity it seemed to use(at least according to my smart meter)
All in all I belive that the idea of a bottle warmer is a good one but this particular one falls short. Not sure if it was an issue with this particular unit or a wider problem and I must say I have many other Phillips/Avent products that I love and have used with no issue.</span>

It can be such a nightmare in the middle of the night trying to get the right temperature bottle while soothing a crying baby, especially when the water has to be boiled and then takes for ever to cool down. The warmer takes out so much of the hassle and easily warms pre boiled water to an ideal temperature. It's so easy to use too. I love it.</span>

The Philips Avent Fast bottle warmer SCF358/00 is compatible with any Philips Avent bottles, storage cups, as well as most commercially available baby bottles and jars which fit in the bottle warmer. When you use a milk bag, check the instructions of your milk bag and make sure it can be warmed in a bottle warmer.
