When we looked at the bottle selection we noticed that Avent offered a size 0 nipple for babies just like ours. She has done great with them and we have had no issues with latching as we are still feeding at the breast most of the time. The only reason I did not give these at 5 star review is because sometimes the bottle leaks at the nipple and ring connection. Also when trying to wash them it was so hard removing the nipple ring from the bottle I had to remove the nipple first then I was able to remove the ring and be able to wash. She had a hard time feeding from other bottles and would gag and dribble alot of her milk out. We saw the avent natural bottles with silicone nipples and decided to try, they were great! Our baby was able ti latch onto that nipple right away with a nice seal and no gagging! She had fewer breaks during feeding which we attribute to her not getting tired due to the nice soft nipple.
