She is breastfed and struggles with nipples that have a fast flow or are too narrow, but this bottle works quite well. It also fits my Spectra breast pump without an adapter, so I can pump directly into the bottle, saving time. It is also a third of the price of other brand&rsquo;s breastfeeding friendly bottles. My only quibble is that the nipple is a bit long and sometimes makes her gag when she latches on deeply.
