<span itemprop="description">My 7 month old twin had began spitting up after every feeding once I switched from feeding him primarily breast milk and two servings of formula per day to only formula. Because he was a preemie, the doctor didn't want to take him off of his special formula just yet. Her suggestion to help with spitups was to add a couple of tablespoons of cereal to his bottles. Naturally I did what the doctor said, and poked a bigger hole in his nipple. When their occupational therapist found out that I poked a hole in the nipple, she told me to go and buy these nipples that fit their bottles with adjustable holes. Absolutely amazing design! It works perfectly and I didn't have to ruin any more nipples. The only issue that I have is that the package doesn't clearly explain how the nipple works. My therapist had to show me how to adjust by turning the bottle.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Needed to find new bottles after I was done with breastfeeding. I choose the advent 3 pack bottle. Since my twins were used to breastfeeding I bought the separate natural 2 pack nipple for 3 months to go on the bottles. My girls did great with both the bipple and bottle. I will be continuing to use these bottles and as they grow upgrade the same nipple to a different size.</span>
