<span itemprop="description">The skin around my fingernails peels and flakes and has been painful for as long as I can remember. It comes and goes. Hand creams seem to help for a bit but never for long. While this Aveeno cream hasn't been a complete fix, it is by far the most effective at keeping the skin intact and preventing "hangnail" type skin from forming. It's also by far the least annoying hand cream I've ever used - even though it has petrolatum in it, it feels like it absorbs rather than sit on top of skin. It's not greasy so my hands aren't out of commission for a few minutes after I use it because they're too slippery. I'm a huge fan overall.
I have used the cica repair hand masks for a while, but find them too expensive. I'm going to start using this cream with some cotton gloves instead and I suspect it will work just as well.</span>

I've never used Aveeno products before, but the package looks pretty and it's said that "lasts through hand washing for 24 hours", and of course I thought "Oh, please... Can't be true"
But guess what! It actually lasts longer than any other hand cream I used and it can't be washed with water! Unless you really try...
