Après avoir fait vérifier l’installation par une technicienne certifiée, on nous a confirmé que la coquille et la base étaient correctement installées. Malgré cela, nous constatons que la tête de notre bébé tombe sur le côté, sans réel soutien, ce qui nous inquiète pour son confort et sa sécurité. Il serait apprécié que le siège offre un meilleur maintien de la tête, surtout pour les nouveau-nés. Je ne recommande pas l’achat de cette coquille pour un nouveau-né vu l’absence de support au niveau de la tête, je suis très déçue et je trouve que mon bébé n’est pas en sécurité dans sa coquille lorsque nous effectuons des déplacements en auto.</span>

The base on this one is different and I don’t like it as it does not securely snuggly like the previous years did. Luckily I kept the bases for the other ones, especially the one from like 3 years ago that has a bar that locks in place over the seat belt. Please go back to that design.</span>

You can see the date of manufacture when you make a purchase at a local retailer, we put a sticker on the outside of the box that will give you this information.
