It was very easy to put together and adjust to the perfect height with the adjustable headrest. It was fairly easy to install using the latch system but I would recommend putting the seat on the passenger side so that it is easier to tighten. There are some other high back booster seats that have an easier way to tighten and loosen the latch system but it isn&rsquo;t too difficult. I like that it has a way to store the latch system away in the underside of the seat. My son finds this seat very comfortable and loves having a cup holder. I like how lightweight this seat is and it is easy to move from car to car. Safety is always the number one priority when it comes to picking a car seat which is why my favorite thing about this seat is the great side impact protection that this seat provides. We look forward to using this seat for many years keeping our son safe. We were using a newer booster from a competitor but it was so wide that my daughter had to scoot the booster away from the buckle receiver in order to buckle. Huge pain point! The Cybex B-Fix booster has a narrow enough seat base that she can buckle easily with the seat in place. However, the high back gets wider toward the top so she is super comfortable and can sleep well on longer car rides! This booster seat was used by my 7 year old daughter. She LOVES this seat. She loves using the &ldquo;big kid&rdquo; straps as well as being able to safely bend forward if need be. She also loves that her chair can easily be moved from one car to the other making rides with her grandparents so much easier. As the parent, I loved the high back on the seat, I felt like it continues to offer support and protection for the upper chest and head in the event of a collision. The carseat is extremely light and was easy to move between vehicles; which I loved. I also loved the fact that it attaches with the LATCH system which I feel creates an extra level of safety. The only challenges I had with this car seat is that in my Chevy traverse, it was placed in a captains chair that has a very rigid seat belt and it is a challenge to clasp the belt because the angle of the booster with the angle of the captain seat; it does close but it takes a bit of finesse and is not as quick as I would like it to be. We also tested the black booster seat in the middle of summer in AZ, so it is very toasty when you first get into the car. It is super simple to install. I like how lightweight it is and the latch system makes it so easy to move between vehicles (Mazda 6 Hatchback and a Honda Accord). My 6 year old loves it and says it is the most comfy seat she has ever had. I have a 5 year old as well as 2 older children. I was pleasantly surprised by the CYBEX Solution B-Fix Booster Seat as I was not familiar with the brand. The booster felt well made, yet lightweight and easy to move, which was a big plus because my husband works at a car lot and switches cars a lot. I liked the extra layer of padding in high-back, feeling it gave my child a bit more protection for her upper body. I did have a bit of trouble attaching the included cup holder. The instructions weren&rsquo;t clear to me, but once I figured it out, it was simple. It is removable and has the option to switch easily between the sides of the booster. It was sleek and interesting looking. I was a little turned off by the wings at the top. I felt it was not necessary to have them, and that they took up space I needed for my vehicle. I liked the black color and the splash of red on the sides made the seat pop. The cup holder was easy to install and a perfect addition to the seat. My favorite part was the head rest that adjusted to my child's height. It was easy to pull and set in place. It is so lightweight. I was so shocked by how easy it was to carry because I usually have trouble moving car seats because of their weight. I just used one hand to carry it around. It was easy to set-up in the car using the seat belt. I felt the seat was secure and stable. My son was too excited to try it out and smiled the entire time. It was good timing as my older daughter is just transitioning from car seat to booster and with things opening up this summer after COVID, we have multiple trips planned. I was excited to get to try out this booster which is very lightweight (great for lugging things through the airport) and is designed to easily switch between cars. There is nothing worse than a tired kid waiting to get the car seat or booster installed. This high back booster was easy to set up right out of the box. It snaps together easily. I had a little trouble locating the LATCH connectors, but they tuck nicely into the base for storage. The seat is very nice looking, sleek and well designed. The cup holder is easy to install or remove and easily switches sides. This seat is extremely light weight and easy to carry or move between cars. Despite being light, it does feel like it has good side impact protection and is quite comfortable (per my daughter). There are belt guides for exactly where the seatbelt should run, which also keeps the belt easy to access for kids to snap themselves in. The black color is quite attractive and the seat covers seems easy to remove and replace for cleaning. I haven&rsquo;t washed this yet so I can&rsquo;t speak to how it holds up to washes. The two things I don&rsquo;t love. This has a very standard LATCH system, which I always find a bit frustrating and can never get it quite as secure as I like compared to some more rigid LATCH connectors. It also takes a little more effort to install or remove compared to some other seats I have tried. I also wish you could unsnap the base and the back to make it smaller to travel with. It would be great to be able to take the two pieces apart when you fly to save space. Overall, I would recommend this seat. It is lightweight and easy to install and remove. This was my first experience with a high back booster. The seat was simple to put together. The base and the back of the seat snap together, and that&rsquo;s it! This seat is very light compared to the large convertible car seats we are used to. We have moved it several times between our cars and grandparents&rsquo; vehicles with ease. It uses the Latch system with metal clips to connect to the vehicle seat. There are bright red belt positioning brackets at the top of the seat on either side to keep the shoulder belt in place. My daughter was so excited that she could fidget and squirm and turn to look at things while still keeping the belt in a safe position. The headrest is easy to move up and down. The cup holder gets lots of use. The only issue we had was getting the seatbelt to join its buckle that was low down in the vehicle seat, but this was not caused by the car seat. The things I like most about this seat are: -lightweight and easy portability -Latch clips are easy to use, despite being simple metal clips -the fabric is (thus far) tough and forgiving, even when being used by a squirmy 7 year old. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
