Customer service is awful. You&rsquo;re going to be on hold for 30-45 minutes easily. Last time I was transferred 6 times before someone said I&rsquo;d get an email for the next step. 3 days later still no email. If you don&rsquo;t believe me try calling customer service before you buy any vetch product.
