The screen won&rsquo;t come on, the battery must be dead or cord broken which is ridiculous because we never move the cord anywhere. Also, when it was working battery would die within a few hours, I would at least expect it to last the night since the screen was off. It has a STUPID loud beep every time you change the setting. The white noise feature cuts in and out. The volumes CANT be turned off. Doesn&rsquo;t make sense. All in all this is a horrible product! Kind of defeats the purpose. The night vision is very blurry compared to the single camera unit I had previously. Day time is clear as day, but I mainly use the monitor for nights. Those have always been the issue in our other vtech monitors, as they would somehow break and then lose connectivity. This is a great camera set, my only complaint is that it has no Pan/Tilt to the cameras from the parent unit, and that is a feature i love on other models, so i will be returning it for that reason. Thats a deal breaker for me.
