It's small and compact which is nice just plugs into the wall, not balky. It came with a decent amount of refills for the inside. I am not sure how long they last I was smelling it still after 12 hours. Defintly helps open up the sinus passage for a stuffy nose. This vaporizer fills the entire room and helped my sinuses immediately. I love how easy this is vs. The water vaporizer, the only thing is the pads get used up very quickly. It's very easy to change the intensity by either putting one or two vapor pads in. Sleeping with this vaporizer helped my daughter who was very stuffy wake up with a clear nose. It has a beautiful soft glow to it which my kids love.
