This one is perfect for my little girl with it's cool mist rather than steam. The tank was super easy to fill up, simply pulling up on the tank and flipping over. Just had to hold the small tank under the faucet and fill it up, tighten the lock and flip back over...NO LEAKS!! It snapped back into the base easily. The first night it developed quite a bit condensation, a sign you've reached 60% humidity. We had to turn it way down. This humidifier works that great! It's super quiet so there's no disturbance to my sleeping baby. We noticed a difference after one night's use with her congestion (and ours). With the ability to run for 24 hours, there's no wondering if it'll make it through the night without having to refill the tank. I was also provided with a Vick's VapoPad, the humidifier will hold two, but I have not used this due to baby's tiny nasal passages. I'm dying to see how amazing they work! Needless to say, her favorite design with the humidifier was the projections available for the ceiling. A total of 9 different images, three each of a safari scene, starry skies, and ocean scenes. Very colorful vivid images. We can't place on the floor, but the lower it is, the larger the projection and keeping it a little further away from walls helps the image be more noticeable. Weekly cleaning is quick and easy to remove scale,only requiring a little distilled white vinegar and some rinsing. She loves the images that project onto the ceiling. I Love the feature of being able to put the Vick&rsquo;s menthol pads in it. it gives the cool mist an extra boost to help when my daughter is congested. Our house has pretty dry air so running this helps a lot. The only small downfall is that you can hear the water constantly being run through the machine so it bothers her when she is trying to fall asleep. But I just put the humidifier part on once she has fallen asleep. Humidifier- the humidifier works great. You can feel and see the cool mist. The tank is easy to detach and refill. Make sure to pay attention to the instructions and place away from the wall because moisture will collect! I like the fact that you can adjust the amount of moisture put out. It also offers a little &ldquo;pocket&rdquo; for you to put a Vick&rsquo;s treatment into. You need to buy these separate. I am sure that this is an awesome addition; I wish the product came with a sample treatment. The projector- I have three small children, so we use a lot of humidifiers especially in the winter. I was excited to see that the humidifier blended a nightlight projector into it. It is a fun addition which makes using the humidifier exciting and a treat to use for my older babies. I like that you can choose from three Themes and each theme auto cycles through three different projections. However, the projections were very light and a little difficult to see on their ceiling. I wish you could move the projector and point it to a certain spot, but you can&rsquo;t. I worry about the warm mist ones building up bacteria, so I tend to lean towards the cool mist ones. I really liked this humidifier because of the light projection. Whenever my son gets sick the first thing we do is turn on the humidifier. We try to avoid too much medication, especially since he's still so little, so natural remedies are the way to go. Cool mist helps a lot with coughing and sore throats, and the light projection helps keep him calm at night time.
