I had a feeling the Vicks Sweet Dreams Cool Mist Humidifier would come in handy after the polar vortex we just had. With the cold weather coming through, I started getting a scratchy throat, then coughing and congestion. The humidifier provided soothing relief from my itchy throat, calmed my coughing, and helped loosen my congestion. Best of all, I was able to get some sleep! The best part about the humidifier was the added bonus of the projector feature with 9 various images rotating 3 at a time. It can be used independently of the humidifier and is an easy distraction for the little ones.</span>

They were sick, and this bucks humidifier worked very well. It came with a vicks sample and and filled up the water like the instructions indicated. I loved the little projector light with the stars, safari, and dolphins. I can turn it too different settings and the cool mist came out and I couldn't believe how far the mist went to all the rooms in my apartment. It really helped with my kids coughs and running noses. They all slept like babies.</span>

The instructions are clear and give very good tips on how to care for the machine. The water tank is large which is great. The projector is really cool and helped ease my sons mind when I brought this new “thing” into his room. There are three settings with three images per setting. His favorite are the animals. He loves seeing the elephants, zebra, fish and stars on his ceiling. They automatically switch between the three images but you manually switch categories. I like that the power knob lights up green when it’s on. It is a little noisy with the water but the machine itself runs quiet and has a relaxing hum to it. This does a great job giving the air some moisture and makes it easier to breathe at night for my little guy. We are so happy with this!</span>

It's also easy to take it out. I also love that it shuts off after the water is gone because it means I don't have to worry about fires starting. You can also choose from multiple settings, so you can have it going at the exact one you need. Finally, my kids absolutely love the scenes that the projector shows. I'm so happy I was able to review one as I was thinking about getting one anyway. But this humidifier is amazing. I love that it lasts all night and you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to refill it. I also love that is has a night light and a cool safari/starry night projection. It's ultra quiet so it won't wake you up at night and it's very easy to use.This definitely has helped out a lot with my sons cough and congestion. And now he can sleep better at night. I will definitely recommend this humidifier to my family and friends.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Vicks sweet dreams cool mist humidifier in my babies room for a little over a week and can tell a huge difference in stuffiness it has improved so much and this is the #1 plus for the cool mist humidifier .The bounses for the sweet dreams are the beautiful picture displays on the ceiling which my baby loves and watches so intensely, also the large water container is great I don't have to get up in the middle of the night too change ,and the system runs as quite if not more so than others I have used so overall the Vicks sweet dreams cool mist humidifier is working great for our family.</span>

This is a powerhouse, and if you don't dial it down things will get damp! So far it is working like a champ, and I expect that to not change. Looks and feels like it was made with quality materials and my kid LOVES the starry sky projection. All in all I am very happy with this.</span>

I really like the Sweet dreams one, especially for my daughter. I like they made a kid friendly one that has a.projector for kids to watch. That's a awesome touch, especially for kids whom are sick. The humidifier is very quiet and have has no issues with it. Easy to set up and use. It's also not overly bulky which I love as well!</span>

This humidifier has been great so far I love the little projection light on it and the mist doesn’t have smell like my last one. What is better about this one is that it has some cleaning instructions that my last one did not.</span>

Thank you for your inquiry. You can use the Sweet Dreams humidifier with a 2 month old baby. If you want to use the Vicks VapoPads, please note that for babies under 10 pounds, you cannot use any Vicks VapoPads. For babies between 10 and 22 pounds, you can use up to 2 pads in a single 24 hour period. For anyone over 22 pounds, there are no restrictions.
