I had read that dry air in the home could be the cause and adding a humdifier may help. So decided to give it a try. We have been using for a several days now and have noticed that our nose blowing and congestion seems to be less. So we will continue to use. I like that it is very quiet and compact allowing it to sit on our night stand without taking up alot of space. The water tanks holds a good amt of water. The first time we used we filled completely and had over 1/4 of the water unused in the morning so we now only fill a little over 1/2 to get a us through a 8 hour period. I used it recently when I had nasal congestion and would wake up all dried up. It worked for me and I wasn't dry anymore when I woke up. It is easy to assemble, use and to clean. Not only is it a nice size but it works well. It is nice and quiet and it helped tremendously. First and foremost, this humidifier is easy to fill up with it's wide opening and super easy to clean. This is a cool mist humidifier which we have been using in our kids room. My daughter suffers from really dry nose which often results in nose bleeds and has a hard time falling asleep. We had a humidifier in her room which did help her but was not a cool mist humidifier so we were looking to change it out and we are so glad we got this one. This humidifier produces ample amount of humidity and you can also add Vicks vapopads for soothing vapors when you need. The cool mist helped moisturize my nasal passages and helped me breathe easier. I like the compact size. It helped provide me all night relief from my congestion allowing me to breathe better and get more sleep. The menthol is not overpowering and the humidifier isn't loud which is really nice. It's perfect for a medium sized room about 400 sq ft.
