I like that it has 2 settings on the high setting you can run it for around 8-9 hours which will last you the whole night on the lower setting it will last for around 19- 20 hours on average. I also love that it has a auto turn off so you dont have to worry about it staying on when the water runs out. Like any humidifier or anything that you let water sit in MOLD WILL GROW so dont flip out if you see mold whats good about this is that its very easy to clean out and with proper maintenance you wont have any major issues with mold or anything else like that. You can wipe it clean or use vinegar to kill the mold this one is very easy to clean. Big plus of having a bigger humidifier is that the water will last longer and will reach your whole room instead of just 1 small area. I also like that this is not to noisy its actually a soft soothing noise that helps me fall asleep. It has helped us a great deal. it helps us breathe easier. We usually run it at night while we sleep, when we don&rsquo;t use it we wake up with stuffy nose, when we do no Stuffy nose. It says it runs up to 24 hours, well that&rsquo;s on low, on high we get half that and it does shut it self off if we don&rsquo;t turn it off before it runs out off water. It&rsquo;s not just great for allergy sufferers but of course when you have a cold or flu, it helps you breathe easier then too. It has place where you could put liquid inhalant and also the pads which helps to clear stuffy nose. We actually use our humidifier year round. We also have a cold mist one for the summer but the warm mist is easier to use. I somewhat prefered my old Vick&rsquo;s humidifier because it didn&rsquo;t have double tray. The bottom tray has holes, water or steams gets into it and for whatever reason I have had leaks. The one major thing I don&rsquo;t like about a warm mist humidifier is the cleaning process. it needs to be soaked in vinegar and bleach once a week. ***something very important everyone should know you need to empty and rinse out the trays each day otherwise they get brown with rust from the heating stone. It's not to small and not too large. It has a good sized water reservoir that lasts all night long. I love the dial on the front of the machine, it has two settings that lets you adjust to the humidity level you feel comfortable with. Underneath the dial is a compartment where you can ad the vicks pads. It takes a few minutes for the humidifier to warm up and its not loud at all which is nice. Its very easy to take apart and clean, just pull up on the water reservoir and push the blue bar over and everything comes apart which makes it easy to clean.
