The duck is nice piece of mind because you fill the tub, float the duck, check the bottom and if the water is hot it reads "hot". If the water is not hot, it does not read "hot". After the first few times of using it, I no longer needed it since I now know what temperature we should be using for bath time. However, its great if you have someone babysitting. It helped my parents be more confident when bathing my baby without me.</span>

Now that she is seven months old I can feel it out and every time the duck says it's cold . I still stick it in there but just for a toy now. It doesn't cost much so it wasn't a big deal. I recommend getting something else if you're really worried about the temperature of the water. But to all new moms, don't worry, you will soon get the hang of it.We will come to know what temperature our babies need.</span>
