My 11 month old girl gets so excited when the ball begins to &ldquo;wobble&rdquo;. She laughs and crawls to chase behind it. Even my 2 year old and 7 year old find it entertaining. Great toy for different age groups. It comes with batteries so it is ready to use as soon as it is taken out the box. The button is a little small so sometimes you have to tilt the ball several times to find the one button to power the ball. Not a deal breaker though. She will go crazy when we turn it on! The only thing I dislike is I feel the texture of the ball is hard to clean anything off that it might pick up on the floor.
